About this apartment rental
Discover our simple yet spacious 3-room non-smoking vacation rental, perfect for the whole family. With free Wi-Fi (no refunds or replacements in case of service interruptions) and the option to bring your dogs, our apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. We only ask that you bring a blanket for the sofa and a bed for your four-legged friend. The apartment features a spacious terrace and a southeast-facing balcony, and is spread over two levels connected by an elegant spiral staircase. A secure parking space (2.30 m wide) in the underground garage (1.75 m clearance height) and bicycle storage round out the amenities. In addition, a laundry room with coin-operated machines is available in the shared basement.
Arrive and feel right at home—the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided. The linens package includes two hand towels and one bath towel per person, as well as one shower mat and one dish towel per apartment. The linens package is automatically included in the booking price.

The two apartment buildings at Hauptstraße 20 are surrounded by well-maintained green spaces. Since the majority of the 2- to 6-person apartments are furnished with similar amenities, they are particularly well-suited for (extended) families and groups. Building 20 features a shared laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and coin-operated machines, so you don’t have to pack your suitcase too full—you can conveniently do your laundry here. The same room also features a ping-pong table and a foosball table. If it happens to rain, you can play a few intense matches here. The 1.5 km to the beach is quickly covered by bike, allowing you to enjoy the Timmendorfer lifestyle and a bit of beach fun during the day. You can conveniently park your bikes in front of the house in one of the bike racks. There’s also a shared bike storage room accessible via the underground parking garage. Each vacation rental comes with a designated parking space, which may be located in the outdoor parking lot or in the underground garage.
