About this house rental
This new and modern holiday home is located in a pedestrianized street within walking distance to the beach and is equipped with its 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet for up to 7 people.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with a large dining table, a modern corner sofa, a large LCD TV, a Blue-Ray DVD player, a hi-fi system and a south-facing balcony.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view to the south side garden. Terrace furniture invites you to sit and relax on the balcony.
On the same level is a separate kitchen with dining table, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and a guest toilet with sink.
On the garden floor is a large bedroom with double bed, 2 armchairs with coffee table, LCD TV, stereo, and access to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Furthermore, the garden level has a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and a small balcony overlooking the garden, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. On this level is also another bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toilet, sink and a washing machine.
In the attic is the 4th Bedroom with a day bed with pullout function, LCD TV, stereo, and a wardrobe.
All rooms have a modern gas central heating, mosquito nets and the bedrooms over Verdunklungsplissees.
The house has 2 staircases to secure the entrances and exits.
The house is a Non smoking house. Pets are not allowed.
The holiday home has free Wi-Fi.
The house has a car parking space at the house. Other free parking facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.
In the period from May to mid-September our guests have their own beach chair on the beach free of charge.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Strand und Zentrum sind in wenigen Minuten problemlos zu erreichen. Das Haus ist jetzt nicht mehr ganz neu, was dem Aufenthalt aber keinen Nachteil erbringt. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist allerdings nicht ganz ausgewogen aber gerade noch hinnehmbar.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Alles sehr sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wetter war schrecklich aber das Haus war so warm und gemütlich das es uns nichts ausgemacht hat.

Sehr gutes Objekt, wenn man mit mehreren Personen oder Familienmitgliedern Zeit verbringen will, da es Schlafbereiche im Gartengeschoss und im Dachgeschoss gibt. Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss trennt diese Bereiche. 3 Wc‘s lassen morgens keine Warteschlangen entstehen. Das Wohnzimmer ist funktional eingerichtet, aber in Zeiten von Corona wohl nicht zu ändern.
Die Küche ist sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Die Lage zum Zentrum ist sehr gut, nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Alles war super und eine sehr positive Erfahrung! Das erste Mal eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und definitiv nicht das letzte Mal.
Sehr sauber - obwohl ich als Pingel schwer zufrieden zu stellen bin. Absoluter Wohlfühleffekt!
