Our 2-room apartment with approximately 53.80 sqm of living space is located on the 3rd floor, facing the garden side, and offers a living room and separate bedroom. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons and is equipped with a leather corner sofa (usable as a sofa bed), dining area for 4 people, flat-screen TV with radio, and access to a furnished balcony. The bedroom features a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. The small, fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, extraction hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is included, and Wi-Fi is free of charge.
