Gute Lage in Niendorf mit genügend Parkplätzen und die Ferienwohnungen waren zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Sehr sauber und schön weihnachtlich dekoriert. Freundlicher Empfang. Nähe zur Ostsee und vorhandener Parkplatz sind top.

Super Lage, ideal für ein paar Tage am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen, da wir es nicht weit bis zum Meer hatten. Auch der Parkplatz war super. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Bad, wie die Küche auch, ziemlich neu. Es gab auch noch dickere Bettdecken für die kälteren Tage. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin war auch super nett. Ein paar Kinderbücher gab es auch im Flur, die hat unsere Tochter gern angeschaut.

Wir hatten immer nur für ein paar Sekunden schön warmes Wasser, dann wurde es langsam immer kälter. Duschen hat so leider keinen Spaß gemacht, aber da wir nur für ein verlängertes Wochenende da waren, war es nicht so tragisch. Es gab keine Ofenhandschuhe oder Topflappen in der Küche. Auch einen Besen oder Handfeger haben wir vermisst. Wir sind mit kleinem Kind gereist und hätten gern mal durchgefegt.

Es war ein Mega schönes Wochenende. Sehr nah am Strand gelegen .

Die Unterkunft war super . Kochen Ausstattung war gut . Und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber . Das Badezimmer war auch gut . Nur wer nicht so gut zurecht ist , konnte die steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ein Problem werden . Mich hat es nicht gestört .

Das Bett . Die Matratze war schon sehr durch gelegen .

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage, die mit kleinen Verbesserungen noch besser wäre.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll war die Lage - der Strand ist nur etwas drei Gehminuten entfernt.

Leider waren die Matratzen schon recht durchgelegen und zu weich l, sodass wir in der Nacht und morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Außerdem war die Duschbrause stark verkalkt, wodurch nur wenig Wasser kam und sich das Duschen sehr lange dauerte.

Top-Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist groß, sehr sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Ich fand alles vor, was man im Urlaub benötigt, die Ausstattung ist top und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage hat mir besonders gut gefallen: Ich konnte den Strand in nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, was sehr praktisch war. Für meine Ausflüge war die Infrastruktur ideal – die Fahrradstraßen sind hervorragend ausgebaut und schön breit. Auch wenn ich mal weiter weg wollte, war das kein Problem, da Lübeck mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar ist. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolle Wohnung ganz nah am Strand

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die zentrale Lage - und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Man war schnell zu Fuß am Strand oder am Hafen. Auch ein Vogelpark, das Sea Life Timmendorfer Strand oder Karls Erlebnishof waren nicht weit entfernt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war ok für eine Ferienwohnung. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mir hat alles gut gefallen und ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Ein I-Tüpfelchen wären Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine...

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit Tips versehen. Die Wohnung (Wohnung 2, 1. Etage Balkon nach hinten raus) ist sehr groß und sauber. Der Bus vom Bahnhof hält vor der Haustür. Zum Strand 5 min zu Fuss

der Supermarkt ist ziemlich weit weg. Zum Einkaufen haben wir ein Fahrrad gebraucht (Fahrradvermietung war auch nur 5 min entfernt)

Modern und tolle Ausstattung

Ich war mit meinem zehnjährigen Sohn dort. Wir hatten die vordere Erdgeschoßwohnung. Die Ausstattung war modern und sehr ansprechend. Alles war vorhanden: Haartrockner, Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, bezogene Betten, elektr. Aussenjalousien, Spülmittel, Spülbürste, Geschirrhandtuch, sogar Kaffeefilter, einige Gewürze, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Sitzauflagen und Wolldecken. Frau Borucka ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Rundum ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende mit der Familie.

Wir hatten 3 Ferienwohnungen im Haus Sonnenschein. Alle waren super sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir die eine Wohnung (1) zur Staßenseite nicht unbedingt wieder buchen.

Wir kommen wieder

Mai 2021 und Mai 2025 waren wir da und sind nach wie vor zufrieden. Gastgeberin sympathisch. Immer gut geputzt, ordentlich. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, auch sauber. Große Wohnung. Ruhiges Haus. Ruhige Lage. Zum Hafen Niendorf ganz nah und zum Timmendorferstrand auch in Ordnung vom Fußmarsch her. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen, fühlen uns dort wohl. Ausstattung schlicht, aber völlig in Ordnung. Auto parkt auch in Ordnung kostenlos. WLAN haben wir nicht gebraucht.

Schön mit Verbesserungsvorschläge

Die Lage zum Strand ideal. Schönes modernes Bad, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber in der gesamten Ferienwohnung.

Der einfache Duschvorhang passte nicht zur Ausführung-er wehte beim Duschen immer an den Körper.....hier würde eine Glaswand ins luxuriöse Bad passen. Die Treppe war sehr steil, leider war das nicht ersichtlich auf den Fotos. Der Balkon war nicht betretbar-die Tür abgeschlossen, weil anscheinend keine Umrüstungssicherung vorhanden war. Der Kleiderschrank im Flur wäre sinnvoller im Schlafzimmer gewesen. Das Geschirr war auf Frühstück ausgerichtet-es fehlten große Teller für ein Mittagessen, eine Müslischale aus Porzellan wäre auch toll gewesen und was soll ich sagen - wie in fast jeder Ferienwohnung - haben wir hier auch eine Zitronenpresse vermisst.
