Excellent Hosts, Excellent Apartment, Excellent Location

The property was very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a great stay in Timmendorfer. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. They were very friendly and offered itinerary ideas to improve our stay. We stayed in a basement apartment, which had it's own entrance and terrace. The terrace was my favorite part! Due to it being in the basement as the weather was warm our apartment stayed cool. The shower was HUGE and had great water pressure. The kitchen was small, but had everything you need and more. There was Netflix in all the rooms (each bedroom had a TV) and there was a large TV in the living room which was great for movie night. The beds were super comfortable with nice linen and plenty of pillows. It was walking distance to the beach (8-10 minutes) and the hosts had bikes that we could use which made everywhere you wanted to go no more than 5 minutes away. It was perfect! We are looking forward to our next trip :)

The only small downside was laundry facilities, we would have had to go to another location for laundry. Other than that, there was nothing that negatively impacted our stay. It was wonderful!

Excellent vacation

Wonderful accommodation, well designed, great backyard, perfect location, minutes to the beach and town. Kurt was the perfect host, very friendly, went out of his way to help. We were even able to use his bikes.

So ein netter Vermieter. Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Lage war top,zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten am Strand. Räder werden direkt und kostenlos vor Ort bereitgestellt.

Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Viele sehr nützliche Tipps für den Aufenthalt, die wir auch umgesetzt haben. Selbst bei vorübergehenden Verlust des Wohnungsschlüssels blieb der Gastgeber gelassen und humorvoll! Das wurde letztendlich damit belohnt, dass der Schlüssel wiedergefunden werden konnte. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber für die schöne Zeit in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Vermieter sind definitiv gold wert! Unsere Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und super sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Gegenteil: wir bekamen Fahrräder und weitere schicke Überraschungen die wir nach Belieben nutzen konnten, on top. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Örtchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem wunderschönen Strand ist unschlagbar. Wir können Tiffanys Appartements nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wir hatten kein Glück mit dem Wetter um den Pool nutzen zu können. Luxusprobleme 😄 Nee, wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Super Wohnung + Garten + Farrädet

Die Wohnung war in einem fabelhaften Zustand. Der Außenbeleuchtung war auch sehr toll und hat sehr zum Frühstück im Freien eingeladen. Der Vermieter stellt kostenlos Fahrräder bereit, ich habe das genutzt um jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück zum Strand zu fahren und eine halbe Stunde zu schwimmen. :-) Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Souterrain Wohnung

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Kostenlose Fahrräder! Man ist damit in ein paar Minuten am Strand (zurück dauert es etwas länger, da bergauf). Wir hatten die Souterrain Wohnung, sie ist sehr groß, die Einrichtung wäre nicht mein Geschmack - aber das ist mir bei einer Ferienwohnung ja eher egal. Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden aber keine Waschmaschine. Achtung: beide Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten mit Toppern - deswegen am besten je ein großes Laken mitbringen, unsere zwei normalen Spannlaken passten nur auf die Matratzen ohne Topper.

Eine oder zwei Liegen auf der Terrasse wäre schön

Mega freundlich und Gastfreundlich.

Der Hausherr war einfach mega – super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es gab gratis Fahrräder, und wenn mal etwas mit den Rädern war, konnten wir direkt zur Werkstatt fahren und haben sofort Ersatz bekommen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war immer jemand erreichbar. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt – nicht einmal am Wein 🍷. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Apartment ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein kleines TV in der Wohnküche und ein großes im Schlafzimmer. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche und Badewanne sowie zwei Waschbecken. Zusätzliches Highlight ist die Möglichkeit vorhandene Fahrräder zu nutzen. Gerne wieder.

Meine Partnerin und ich können dieses Apartmentangebot uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Penthouse- Apartment hat fast alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Räume waren ausreichend groß und hochwertig bis luxuriös ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer, die offene Küche und die zwei Bäder waren top. Das Schlafzimmer war links und rechts des Bettes recht knapp bemessen. Die Matratze empfanden wir persönlich als zu weich und haben nach einer Nacht getrennt geschlafen. Ein Highlight war die großflächige Terrasse mit tollen Ausblicken. Diese hätte von Zeit zu Zeit eine gärtnerische Betreuung mit grünem Daumen verdient und wirkte etwas stiefmütterlich behandelt. Alle bisher einschätzenden und kritischen Bemerkungen sind allerdings "Meckern" auf hohem Niveau. Meine Partnerin und ich selbst können dieses Apartmentangebot uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Gastgeber

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich Empfangen. Nachdem uns die Wohnung gezeigt wurde, bekamen wir noch ein paar Tipps und Empfehlungen. Leider haben wir viel zu selten eine solch freundliche Begrüßung erlebt. Alles Top, ihr könnt gerne so weitermachen! :) Es standen an der Unterkunft Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Benutzung bereit. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten und uns fehlte nichts. Wenn wir nochmal nach Timmendorfer Strand kommen, werden wir uns sicher melden. :)

Die Lage war okay.Msn war schnell im Zentrum. Es war sehr ruhig

Die Einrichtung. war nicht okay.Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten.Aber alles war zusammen gewürfelt und einiges war kaputt.Z.b.das besteck war einfach in einer Schublade,nicht sortiert.Der Kühlschrank war nicht fest.Wenn man die Türe aufmachte und sich an der Tür festhielt, kam der Schrank entgegen.Der Esstisch hatte einige Beschädigungen und ein Tischbein ist anscheinend neu angeschraubt worden,und dies schief. Wenn jemand im Treppenhaus das Licht anlies(nachts)schimmert das Licht rundum der Eingangstor das Licht durch. Etc.etc.
