About this apartment rental
The light-filled and Scandinavian country style apartment with lots of flair is located in the first OG a quiet small residential complex in a cul-de-sac close to the idyllic Kurpark, by the only 5 - 10 minutes walk to the beach and the quirlige Ortszentrum (pedestrian zone with Gosch, Café important etc., shopping, Maritim-Seebrücke etc.) , All the rooms of the apartment are bright, modern and very stylishly furnished.
The apartment offers on 57 m² over 2 floors enough space for 2 - 4 people. From the front door, a small corridor leads into the spacious living area with comfortable seating (new corner sofa with sleeping for 2 persons, flat screen TV) and a nice dining area (suitable for 4 persons). Adjacent is a separate, open space a modern, compact and fully equipped kitchen. The extravagant bathroom goes off the hallway. A round staircase leads up into a second small corridor from which (separated by a door) a very spacious and lovingly furnished bedroom with three cozy round arch windows. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed with side tables and a large wardrobe. A small sofa offers a seating area. This sofa can be a fifth sleeping accommodation if required show (eg. As for younger children). Otherwise, the bedroom has enough space to set up a children's travel cot. The apartment has a large south-west corner balcony with four comfortable chairs plus table on which the sun shines from breakfast till sunset. To the apartment belongs a car parking space directly in front of the door.
Overall, the apartment offers a lot of flair and all the essentials for a great pampering holiday for all lovers Baltic Sea (with or without children).

Insgesamt eine echt schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und top organisiert. In 10 Minuten ist man zum Bahnhof oder zur Fußgängerzone gelaufen.
Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Möglichkeit das Schlafzimmer abzudunkeln. Es gibt keine Vorhänge, geschweige denn Rollläden.

Sehr gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger und gehobener Lage. Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer leider eingeschränkt. Sehr nette, entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Gerne wieder.

Die FeWo wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, hat aber schon eine Jahre bzw. Urlauber hinter sich, wie es scheint.
Leider hatte ich dazu noch übersehen, dass es in der Wohnung KEIN WLAN gibt, was heut zu Tage eigentlich meist schon incl. ist.
Auch ist die Wohnung eher nichts für Menschen, die kein Normal-BMI haben (gehören zum Glück noch in die Kategorie) und auch betagter Personen sind glaube ich nicht glücklich in dieser Wohnung.
Der Einstieg in die doch einfach gehaltene Duschkabinen-Schiebetür ist recht eng und auch die schmale Wendeltreppe in das obere Stockwerk ist nicht für jedermann.
Das angepriesene Bad war auch nicht das, was ich erwartet hatte. Der Steinfußboden mit den großen Fugen, kann in meinen Augen nicht hygienisch sein und auch die Waschtischplatte weißt schon Aufquellungen auf.
Ein kleine Anmerkung sein noch erlaubt, wer es beim Schlafen eher dunkel bevorzugt, der sollte diese Wohnung nicht anmieten. Keine Chance die Fenster gegen einfallendes Morgen- / Licht zu verdunkeln.
Auch die Stadt-Nähe ist nicht so, wie ich es gedacht hatte.
Für uns war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt in Timmendorfer Strand.

PS: Eins fällt mir noch ein. Der Müll wird leider in dem Mietkomplex nicht getrennt. Habe dies leider erst bemerkt, als ich den gesammelten Plastik-Müll entsorgen wollte. Wäre nochmal ein kleiner Hinweis für den Vermieterbund des kompl. Hauses. Ist irgendwie schade, dass darauf nicht geachtet wird.
