Cozy and relaxing stay

This isn’t my first stay at this lovely apartment in the villa — and it definitely won’t be my last! It’s a great, cozy place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is absolutely wonderful, with very high-quality bed linen that makes it feel like a luxury hotel. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. I always enjoy coming back here and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Zentrale, strandnahe Unterkunft

Die gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft liegt hervorragend: Strand, Promenade und Ortskern sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein großzügiger Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Gebäude ermöglicht schnelles Ein- und Ausladen mit kurzen Wegen.

Leider haben wir trotz großer Auswahl vergeblich ein scharfes Messer gesucht ...

Eigentlich alles super - Entspannung pur

Tolle, große Wohnung mit super Ausstattung und vorab schon eine unkomplizierte nette Kommunikation. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche mit warmen Räumen und viel Ruhe, alles perfekt

Wenn nicht die gebrauchten Taschentücher unter dem Bett von unserem Hund gefunden worden wären, alles perfekt gewesen.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr klein aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ich kann die Villa An Der See mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen empfehlen

Tolles Appartementhaus

Die Räume sind herrlich zum Wohlfühlen, die Lage in Strandnähe und zum Ortskern sehr dicht und angenehm! Im Appartement viel wünschenswertes Zubehör (zB Kaffeekapaeln!).

Super schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit unserem kleinen Hund in Whg 2 verbracht. Die Lage an der Hausrückseite mit Terrasse und eigenem Eingang war super. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls toll! In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in der belebten Einkaufsstraße, bei diversen Restaurants oder auch 3 Supermärkten und 2 Bäckern. Okay, die beiden Hundestrände sind ca. 20/25min Fußminuten entfernt und der in Niendorf gefiel uns auch weniger, aber das machte nichts. Die Betten und die Küchenausstattung waren für uns perfekt!

Es gab nichts unschönes! Ein winziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Messerschleifer für die Küche, aber das ist kein Muss.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Für das Wetter kann ja keiner was...

Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: die Menschen unter uns, rauchten auf dem Balkon und da mussten wir die Fenster schliessen... und da unsere Wohnung nach hinten zeigte, hörten wir auch schon am frühen Morgen wenn die Anwohner Abfall (Glas) in die Tonne werfen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

In jeder Hinsicht einfach eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr nah am Geschehen und trotzdem ruhig. Schräg gegenüber ist die gleich die Promenade. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und konnte mit zu Hause um die Wette punkten. Wir hatten die obere Wohnung vorne raus, die schön hell war. Und unser Hund fand es auch sehr gut dort 😀. Im Hochsommer bei guten Temperaturen kann es wohl sehr warm werden unterm Dach, aber man kann sehr gut Durchzug machen und lüften.

Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Hell, sauber, alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Leider war die Ostsee nicht direkt zu sehen. Nur zwischen ein paar Häusern. Näher wäre schöner.
