This 240 m² luxury apartment features 6 rooms in a prime location!
Located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand is the Beach Loft, which is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. An elevator provides convenient access to your comfortable vacation home!
The living room features a large sofa set and a large flat-screen TV. From the living room, you have access to two balconies facing southwest. You can also reach another balcony from the living room, which faces northeast.
From the dining area, you have wonderful access to the large rooftop terrace as well as the open kitchen.
The kitchen features a very modern design. You’ll find a kitchen island with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also features a washing machine and a dryer, both of which you can use free of charge.
Your private Beach Loft features three balconies (two facing southwest and one facing northeast). Want to soak up the sun or simply watch the hustle and bustle of downtown? Then you’ve come to the right place.
This beautiful apartment features three spacious bedrooms. As a special highlight, the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet. After a long walk, you can also turn on the flat-screen TV to relax with a great mystery movie. Of course, there are nightstands, and you have private access to the breathtaking rooftop terrace!
The second bedroom also features a double bed and a well-maintained flat-screen TV. After your long journey, feel free to fill the closet with your favorite vacation clothes; there are also two small nightstands. From here, you have access to one of the balconies.
Of course, the third bedroom is also furnished with a cozy double bed, and you can use the flat-screen TV there as well. Small nightstands are provided in the room for you to store your personal valuables.
You can darken all three bedrooms with external roller blinds, and each bed features two 90 x 200 cm single mattresses with a full-length topper.
