Timmendorfer Strand offers a beautiful promenade for strolling, with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and all kinds of shopping options.[nbsp][nbsp]The enclosed property is fully fenced and features a private patio with a dining set, a beach chair, and a garden. An ideal retreat at any time of day.
The heart of the house is a spacious, bright living area, furnished to a high standard and with good taste (TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi), with an adjoining dining area that offers ample space for 6 people. The enclosed kitchen [nbsp]is fully equipped. The breakfast bar with two bar stools is designed as a small breakfast area or gathering spot for cooking together. A high-quality bathroom with a shower and bathtub is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds (80x200) and a modern en-suite shower room, as well as an extremely spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a TV, and a built-in closet.
