Welcome to the vacation home “Der kleine Friese” at Steenbeek 22 in Timmendorfer Strand. This vacation home is very tastefully decorated, bright, and modernly furnished, and its quiet location promises pure relaxation. Steenbeek is located on the outskirts of Timmendorfer Strand. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach and the beautiful town center. By bike, you can reach the town center in just a few minutes. The supermarkets (Famila, Aldi) are about a 5-minute drive away.

A large, two-story vacation home—completely newly built in 2018—awaits you, accommodating up to 6 people. The entrance is on the first floor, and as soon as you step into the spacious, light-filled entryway, you’ll find everything you could want—this is how a Baltic Sea vacation should begin! The space continues into the open-concept living and dining area, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a hi-fi/Bluetooth system, a stylish dining nook, and a fireplace. The kitchen of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation home is also open to the living area and features modern appliances, including a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, and a Senseo coffee machine.
On the first floor of this idyllic Frisian house, you’ll also find the guest bathroom, which features a toilet and shower. This constitutes a second bathroom.
On the first floor, which you reach via the beautifully designed entryway, are the three separate bedrooms. Two of them are each furnished with a double bed, and one with two comfortable single beds. In the bedroom with the double bed as well as in the one with the single beds, you’ll also find an additional flat-screen TV.
The large bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub, and washing machine, is also located on the first floor of the “Der kleine Friese” vacation home.
The vacation home features underfloor heating, and all living areas can be darkened with exterior blinds, with the exception of the utility room.
The vacation home also includes a garden and two sun terraces (one facing south and one facing southwest), which you can access from the living area.
