Living by the sea takes on a whole new meaning in this apartment. The newly renovated industrial-style vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 3 people to relax. In addition to the use of weathered wood with a patina and cool steel in the furniture, trendy accessories complete the urban loft-style aesthetic.
The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the apartment with light. Not only from the balcony, but also from every seating area in the vacation rental, you have a wonderful view of the harbor and the Baltic Sea.
The entryway features a small storage closet, a coat rack, and a large wardrobe, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and ample storage space. Apart from the bathroom, hardwood floors have been installed throughout the entire vacation rental, giving the apartment a cozy atmosphere.
A large wooden table with high-quality chairs is available for cozy evenings by the half-height wall near the entryway. Opposite is the open kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. Adjacent to it is the bedroom. It can be accessed through two doors and features a floor-to-ceiling window offering a view of the water. The double bed measures 180x200 cm.
From the bedroom, you have a direct view of the apartment’s living room area. Here, in addition to a comfortable couch and a large rug, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a radio for relaxing evenings. The apartment can be completely darkened with curtains. In just a few simple steps, the couch can be converted into a full-size sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 150x200 cm. This provides additional sleeping space for one person. The black light strip above the living and dining areas is not only an eye-catcher but also lends the apartment a cozy atmosphere in the evening. The spotlights can be controlled in various ways to illuminate the wall.
The 12-square-meter balcony features a sturdy garden table, four chairs, and a garden bench. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the harbor and the activity on the Baltic Sea. A retractable awning provides protection from the morning and midday sun.

This vacation rental is directly adjacent to our other vacation rental, Pier 1167. Although they have separate entrances, the balconies are right next to each other. This can be an advantage if you need additional accommodations for a larger group. Please feel free to contact us.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation rental. This is a non-smoking unit. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony—thank you for your understanding. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This apartment also includes a parking space.
