Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of the construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.
Right on the Laboe marina: This charming 2-room vacation apartment with 2 balconies and elevator is located on the 1st floor of a popular apartment complex and offers ample space for up to 4 people in its approximately 60 m² of living area.
Welcome to your vacation! Take a seat on the sofa in the tastefully furnished living room. Here you can unwind and relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the harbor and the Kiel Fjord. You’ll also appreciate the Canton soundbar, which creates a home theater atmosphere while you watch TV. The balcony is enclosed, so you can watch the many ships even during the winter months. In the summer, you can open the windows wide and let the fresh sea air in. The open, modern kitchen offers all the amenities you need for self-catering. A sleeper sofa in the living room (140 cm wide) and a double bed (160 cm wide) in the separate bedroom are available for sleeping. The bedroom also features a furnished balcony and an additional TV. The modern shower room is tiled in light colors, helping you start the day feeling relaxed. Wi-Fi is included.
A parking space in the garage (L 500 x W 260 x H 200 cm) is reserved for you near the main building. Larger cars and vans must find a public parking spot elsewhere. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.
