"Herzmuschel" Vacation Apartment with Balcony in Haus Börn in Laboe
Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the spa park to the Fördewanderweg trail. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As things stand, the work is expected to continue until 2027.
At the Laboe Marina: A well-maintained, approximately 60 m² 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony, accommodating up to 4 people. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator (1x1 m).
The modernly furnished combined living/sleeping area features a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area for 4 people, and a couch that can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people in just a few simple steps. In addition, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a bright and welcoming shower room.
A parking space in the garage (L 500 x W 260 x H 200 cm), located a short distance from the main building, is reserved for you. Larger cars and vans must find a public parking spot outside. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is included.
Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? One dog is allowed to stay for an additional fee. Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property.
