About this house rental
The Kassiopeia holiday home can be found directly at the beautiful Labo harbor in the adjacent very quiet Rosenstrasse. It is centrally located and a shell from the beach and the harbor.
This cozy, comfortable and family-friendly holiday home with approx. 74 sqm is suitable for 2 to 4 people. (possibly 5 possible) and 1 toddler. The proximity to the beach and yet the pronounced calm speak for themselves.
Everything is really right here! The facility is new and has no signs of wear. The house renovated in November last year is equipped with two modern flat screen TVs and a hi-fi system with Blu Ray player and a DVD player for football and movie enthusiasts! In the beach chair season, a beach chair right on the water in the first row is available for free use from mid-April to mid-September!
The spacious living room is on the ground floor. It is equipped with a large dining table, a 160/200 cm wall bed with two individual mattresses, a cozy seating area, a flat screen TV and a DVD player (BluRay). A hi-fi system is also available.
The separate kitchen is modern and exclusively furnished with branded appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find a comfortable induction cooker, a large fridge with freezer and 0 ° compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a table grill, a kettle, a coffee machine and a Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. You will also find sufficient dishes and cutlery. There is also a bathtub on the ground floor with the option of taking a shower. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
Upstairs is a cozy bedroom, equipped with a double bed 180/200 cm and another flat screen TV and DVD player. Here or in the anteroom you will also find enough space to set up the children's travel cot. In the anteroom is a single bed 90/200 cm which can also be used as a couch for reading.
The day starts well with breakfast on the in-house covered terrace. Or you can start the day on the roof terrace with a view of the Kiel Fjord. You can reach both terraces directly from the living room.
Also free of charge are a high chair, a travel cot for children, two high-quality bicycles, a gas grill for outdoors as well as sufficient comfortable garden furniture including a parasol, as well as an ironing board, iron and a clothes horse.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Alles so wie beschrieben. Der Duschvorhang war nicht mehr fanz intakt und wurde zeitnah erneuert. Einfach schön. Vielen Dank

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht auf die Förde war super.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Die Lage und Ausstattung sind super, die Vermieterin sehr nett.
Das Haus war allerdings nur oberflächlich sauber, mit kleinen Kindern fällt das besonders auf (im Wohnzimmer viele Haare im Teppich, Staub unterm Sofa, viele Spinnen, im Bad klebriger Staub in den Ecken). Die Treppe und der Boden im Flur knartschen so laut, dass unsere Kinder mehrfach wach wurden... Einen Wäscheständer gibt es nicht, nur eine sehr kleine Aufhängung im Bad, so dass die Wäsche einfach ewig gebraucht hat um zu trocknen. Das hat uns schon alles ziemlich genervt. Die Betten waren nicht bezogen, obwohl dies so im Vertrag stand. Wenn man aber nicht alles abzieht muss man Geld zahlen 🤔
Als Paar kann man in dem kleinen Haus mit mäßigen Ansprüchen an die Unterkunft gut wohnen, als Familie rate ich davon ab.
