This charming and fully equipped two-level apartment is located in a well-maintained building with only seven units.
The apartment has a total of 3 rooms. The spacious living-dining room measures nearly 34 m² and is visible from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything to delight one or more cooks. On the same floor, there is also a small, cozy bedroom. On both levels, you’ll find a bathroom, each equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. You can reach the upper level via a beechwood staircase from the living room. Thanks to its sloping ceilings and the windows in the gable, it’s a particularly cozy and light-filled space. Many windows let in the light and offer you a beautiful, sweeping view of the greenery. You can even see the Baltic Sea—more clearly in winter and less so in summer. The balcony faces southwest, so you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view all day long. The small glimpse of the Baltic Sea between the houses on Strandstraße offers a welcome change of scenery!
You’ll find space for your car and bicycles in the private carport. Overall, this is a very spacious apartment with upscale amenities that also offers quiet retreats when desired. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two additional guests and can be converted into a cozy bed in a single step.
