Seaside Vacation Rental with Balcony and Ocean View in Laboe
Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue through 2027.
In this modern, approximately 65 m² vacation apartment—just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and right next to the Baltic Bay marina— up to 4 guests can look forward to a breathtaking view of the Kiel Fjord.
This beautiful apartment, located on the second floor of a new building, features a private parking space to the right of the building and Wi-Fi—perfect for a “workation.” The apartment can be reached either by stairs or conveniently by elevator.
As soon as you enter the Seaside, you’ll be greeted by a sweeping view of the fjord through the large balcony windows in the spacious combined living-dining room with an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, and coffee maker for fresh drip coffee. On the large, partially covered balcony, you can relax outdoors on the comfortable lounge furniture while enjoying the unparalleled view of the Kiel Fjord as well as stunning sunrises and sunsets.
From the comfortable sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), you can enjoy this stunning view from morning to night and in any weather, and watch TV whenever you feel like it. In addition, several board games and books are available for your use in your vacation rental.
The separate bedroom, which opens onto the balcony, features a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) and a closet for your clothes. From here, in addition to the view of the Kiel Fjord and the marina, you’ll also have a beautiful view of the wooded fjord hiking trail leading toward Heikendorf.
The bathroom features a barrier-free, walk-in shower and storage space for your toiletries. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment to provide comfortable warmth. You can darken all rooms using an exterior blind that’s operated from the inside. For particularly hot days, a large standing fan is also available in the apartment.
To wash your vacation clothes, coin-operated washers and dryers are available at Börn 8 and at the service office. A steamer is available at Seaside for ironing your clothes.
