Family vacation or a romantic getaway: This apartment is perfect for anyone looking to relax.
Description
Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the terraced Olympiazentrum complex, this 1.5-room vacation apartment offers plenty of space. With 46 square meters of space, it can accommodate up to three people. The light-filled living and dining area is bright and modernly furnished. In addition to a table and chairs, the laminate-floored area also features a cozy couch. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 160x200 cm) in just a few simple steps and accommodates up to three people. If needed, the apartment can, of course, be darkened with curtains. In addition to a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a stereo system, free Wi-Fi is available. A wardrobe provides ample storage space.
In the separate bedroom—which has no door to the living area—there is a large double bed (sleeping area of 180x200 cm). A ceiling fan keeps the room cooler during the height of summer.
The tastefully decorated kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking: There is a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic stove with an oven. Glassware and dishes are provided for 6 people.
The well-maintained bathroom features a spacious shower area (walk-in shower).
The floor-to-ceiling windows in the combined living and dining area offer a view of the 9-square-meter balcony. It is furnished with high-back chairs, a table, and an awning. The unobstructed view of the salt marshes is peaceful, and you can enjoy the sun to the fullest all day long (southwest-facing).
Special Features
You can park your car in the parking space included in the rental price; a key for the parking space is provided in the apartment. Upon request, we’re also happy to offer you an underground parking space for a fee right in the complex. Bicycles can be stored in a locked outdoor area.
This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony—thank you for your understanding. Pets are not allowed.
