About this apartment rental
!!!! Additional Information !!!
Dear Guests,
The roof and exterior facade of the Hotel Olympia are currently undergoing renovation.
Scaffolding is in place, and a crane will be installed starting August 31, 2026, which will obstruct the view and cause construction noise.
The work is expected to last until spring/summer 2027.
Please book only if you are comfortable with this situation. Two photos showing the scaffolding and the view are attached.
Thank you very much.

ATTENTION – effective as of 01.10.2026
Die The City of Kiel will introduce an overnight stay tax (bed tax) effective October 1, 2026. The tax amounts to 5 percent of the net accommodation fee and applies to paid private and business overnight stays in hotels, guesthouses, hostels, and vacation rentals.

I rented Ursula’s place to visit my aging mother. Ursula was great, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Staying at her place made a difficult trip so much easier. I highly recommend this charming apartment.
