Tolle Lage mit Blick zum Hafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Eisdiele

Zu viele Treppenstufen (46 Stufen um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Hinzu kommen weitere 30 Sufen um von der Straße in das Areal zu kommen. Die ganze Anlage ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Treppenhaus riecht unangenehm und hat keinen einladen Charakter.
