Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the terraced Olympiazentrum complex, this 1.5-room, non-smoking vacation apartment was completely renovated in 2020. It accommodates up to three people. The bright living area, which includes an adjoining kitchenette, features a couch and a small table. The couch also serves as a sleeping area for the third person. You’ll also find a dining area with four chairs and a table. Of course, the living area has a flat-screen TV. The separate bedroom features a double bed (160x200). The entire apartment can be darkened with curtains.
This apartment includes a 9-square-meter balcony with high-back chairs and a table. The unobstructed view of the salt marshes is peaceful, and you can enjoy the sun all day long (southwest-facing).

This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony—thank you for your understanding.
Bicycles can be stored in a locked outdoor area. You can park your car in the parking space included in the rental price; a key to the parking space is provided in the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
