This stylish 1½-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the Schilksee Olympic Harbor on the landward side and, in addition to its large southwest-facing balcony, offers a modern, lounge-like atmosphere where you can feel right at home.
This completely renovated and modernly furnished vacation apartment is flooded with light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows facing southwest, and its light-colored laminate flooring creates a welcoming atmosphere. A built-in half-height wall cleverly separates the entryway from the living and dining areas, giving the apartment a loft-like feel. The hallway features a storage closet and a wardrobe.
In the living area, a large wooden table with four comfortable chairs offers plenty of space—perfect for sharing a meal together. Directly across from it is the adjoining built-in kitchen. The open kitchen, featuring a concrete-look countertop, is equipped with high-quality appliances. A glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, along with a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, provide amenities that make you feel right at home.
In the spacious living area, you’ll find a cozy couch. It can be converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200) in just a few simple steps, providing additional sleeping space for up to 2 people. From the couch, cozy TV nights leave nothing to be desired: An LCD TV with USB and cable connections lets you enjoy your home theater even while on vacation. The vacation rental is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and a stereo system.
The well-maintained bathroom features a large shower (with a rain showerhead and handheld shower) and a heated towel rack.
The bedroom features a double bed (200x160) and has carpeted flooring. Blackout curtains are provided to effectively darken the sleeping area, as well as in the living area.
The balcony, which spans the entire width of the apartment, is furnished with a table and chairs as well as an awning. Thanks to its southwest-facing location, you can enjoy the sun to the fullest even in the evening.
