This 47-square-meter, 2-room vacation apartment with a side view of the sea accommodates up to 3 people and is located on the 4th floor of the Olympia Hotel Schilksee. The apartment has been completely renovated and is furnished in a modern and tasteful style. It is easily accessible by elevator. The open-concept living and dining area is flooded with natural light and features a comfortable leather couch, a leather armchair, an LCD TV, and a dining table for three people. Curtains can be used to darken the room. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a separate oven at handle height, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also provided.
The sleeping area, featuring a cozy double bed (180x200), is separated from the living area by a wall. In a separate room, there is a desk and a single bed (90x200) for a third person. This room can be darkened with pleated blinds. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a large mirror, and a heated towel rack. From the balcony, you have a wonderful side view of the sea across Strander Bay. A table with three chairs is available there.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is, however, permitted on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment comes with a parking space, and bicycles can be stored in a locked outdoor area. The building also has coin-operated washers and dryers that can be used for a fee. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
