Description
This lovingly furnished 1½-room vacation apartment is located right in the Kiel-Schilksee Olympic Center. It accommodates up to 3 people and is easily accessible by elevator.
A highlight of the apartment is the balcony with its stunning view of the entire Schilksee marina and the Kiel Fjord. Since the apartment is on the 9th floor, you can observe and follow all the boat traffic from here. A wooden patio set invites you to relax here.
The 47-square-meter apartment features a cozy couch, directly across from a living room wall with a flat-screen TV and a radio. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The dining table with four chairs is positioned right by the window, so you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Kiel Fjord while eating, even when the weather isn’t so nice.
The box-spring bed (sleeping area 180 x 200 cm) is separated from the living area by a wall and two curtains. This is the sleeping area for two people. The smaller, half-sized room features a single bed with a sleeping surface of 90 x 200 cm for a third person. From this window, too, you’ll have an exclusive view of the Kiel Fjord. The room can, of course, be darkened.
The small kitchenette offers basic, functional amenities for three people. In addition to a ceramic cooktop, a half-height oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, the kitchenette also includes a dishwasher.
The shower room has light-colored tiles and a window. The small hallway, featuring a closet and a coat rack with ample storage space during your stay, rounds out the 47-square-meter apartment.
Special Notes
Dear guests, please understand that this is a non-smoking apartment. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The apartment also includes a parking space. There is also the option to store bicycles in a locked outdoor area. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building for a fee. However, we cannot guarantee their availability.
