About this apartment rental
This bright and cheerfully decorated vacation rental is spacious and offers plenty of room for your stay. Even the entryway offers plenty of storage space for your luggage upon arrival. In addition to a large mirror, it features a coat rack and a small storage closet.
From the entryway, you enter the 1.5-room apartment. The apartment features a floor-to-ceiling window front across its entire width and a correspondingly long balcony. The balcony’s southwestern orientation, with a view of the greenery, ensures you’ll have sun almost all day long. An awning and patio furniture are provided, allowing you to enjoy the day and the sun on the balcony well into the evening.
Designer flooring has been installed throughout the apartment. The vacation rental is equipped with a kitchenette. In addition to basic appliances such as an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes, a dishwasher is also provided. With these amenities, nothing stands in the way of preparing a home-cooked meal. There is also a washing machine in the kitchenette.
Right by the window is a comfortable armchair, as well as a couch that can be easily converted into a sleeping area for a third and fourth person. Beautiful couch covers, along with a large coffee table and a TV, add to the cozy atmosphere of this apartment.
Opposite the living area, by the window, is the dining area with a large dining table and chairs for up to 4 people. The bedroom features a cozy double bed, which is accessible from both sides and measures 160 cm x 200 cm. The modern bathroom is accessible from the hallway. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a large mirror.
