Kapitän Clausen Vacation Rental with Terrace in Heikendorf
Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
The 3-room semi-detached house “Kapitän Clausen” is located in a former fishing village, just a short walk along the Fördewanderweg trail to the beautiful sandy beach. Spanning two floors with a total of 110 m² of living space, it offers ideal accommodations for up to 4 people.
On the first floor is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen-diner with a large dining table, additional seating, and direct access to the private terrace and the large garden. The adjoining living room, which features a sleeper sofa, offers plenty of space for cozy evenings in front of the TV. You can also access the patio and garden from the living room. A charcoal grill is available for your barbecue evenings together. The entire first floor is heated by underfloor heating.
On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), and the other has a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) and a built-in closet. The choice is yours—there’s a modern shower room with natural light on both floors. A workspace with internet access is located in the dormer of the spacious upstairs hallway.
Heikendorf is situated along the Fördewanderweg trail, which takes you to Laboe after a roughly 3-km walk or bike ride. Heikendorf Beach, with its popular promenade, offers various options for a leisurely breakfast, coffee, sundowner, or dinner with a view of the fjord and the bustling maritime traffic.
A private parking space is located right next to the house. You can store the bicycles you bring with you safely in the garden shed.
