Very nice 68² vacation cottage "Beim Hufschmied"

Vacation rental in a historic villa on the Neumühlen estate in Kiel/Schönkirchen, sleeps 4, shower/bathtub, small rooftop terrace, large garden with a patio featuring a grill, beach chair, lounge chairs, and lawn.
We offer a very beautiful, newly renovated vacation cottage in the former blacksmith’s shop on the Neumühlen estate in Kiel/Schönkirchen.
It offers a living room with space for 2 people to sleep, covering approximately 68 m².
A second room can also be used as a bedroom, home office, or living room. The bathroom, approximately 7 m², features a shower and a bathtub. There is a small kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, grill
refrigerator, and standard kitchen amenities.
In front of the apartment, there is a terrace of approximately 30 m² with space for relaxing, barbecuing, etc.
A second rooftop terrace measuring 15 m² opens off the large living room on the upper floor.
TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are provided.
By car, you can reach the beautiful beaches in Mönkeberg, Heikendorf, Laboe, Stein, Heidkate, Brasilien, Kalifornien, Schönberg, and many more in just a few minutes.
There is a bus stop right in front of the property, offering connections to downtown Kiel and the many beaches.
A short 5-minute walk from the Oppendorfer
train station, you can take the regional/museum train to downtown Kiel or, in the other direction, to the Baltic Sea resort of Schönberg.
By bike, you can explore the beautiful Probstei region and the Schwentine River on country roads through natural surroundings.
The daily rental rate includes a flat rate for 3 kWh of electricity and 0.15 m³ of water.
Any additional consumption will be billed after the rental period ends.
Generally, the flat rates included in the daily rate are more than sufficient.
A flat-rate security deposit is required for this, which will be refunded immediately upon checkout.
For an additional fee, you can rent bicycles, SUP surfboards, canoes (with delivery/pickup service), and Vespa scooters from us.
