About this apartment rental

The apartment has the layout of a studio, featuring a combined living, kitchen, and dining area, and includes a modern bathroom with a shower. There is also a bedroom with a new box-spring bed, built-in closets, and a crib. The bedroom and living room are connected by a continuous balcony. From both rooms, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy the stunning view of the Kiel Fjord. The balcony is furnished with 4 chairs.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and is equipped with a modern kitchenette featuring a large refrigerator, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, glasses, and tasteful furniture.
You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the Kiel Fjord. This is a popular area for joggers along the Kiel Fjord.
There are many beautiful spots here, such as the Seebar—a beach club with dining options, palm trees, and more—that invites you to linger. An absolute “must-see” because it’s unique in its own way. Children can go swimming or book stand-up paddleboarding sessions, while parents can relax on the sun loungers during that time.
The various beaches are about a 15-minute drive away. The Düsternbrook neighborhood is one of the most beautiful parts of Kiel. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the “Bellevue” ferry terminal, which takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches, such as Laboe. Explore the Kiel Fjord from the water. There’s plenty to discover.
For golf enthusiasts: There are 3 golf courses within a radius of about 20 kilometers.
All amenities, such as a hair salon, massage therapy, a restaurant, and a swimming pool (for an additional fee), are located on-site.
Shopping options are just a few minutes’ drive away.
Parking is available right outside the door, or you can book an underground parking spot for an additional fee.
