Solo per un soggiorno breve...
Camera silenziosa. Posizione ottima con vista (dall'alto) su Piazza de' Pitti.
Il giorno prima dell'arrivo ho ricevuto una chiamata da parte di una signora che mi ha informato che per un disguido la camera prenotata (e pagata) non era disponibile. Avendo ormai preso un appuntamento a Firenze, quindi necessitando di un alloggio, la signora (gentilmente) mi ha proposto un'altra camera, analoga a quella prenotata, ma un po' meno centrale. Vista la situazione, avrei sperato in un upgrade. Al contrario, invece, in camera (situata al 4° piano e senza ascensore) non c'era il bagno (di cui quella prenotata disponeva), ma uno condiviso con un'altra stanza, i cui occupanti avevano invaso lo spazio comune (il soggiorno) con i propri indumenti.
