Posizione perfetta per il centro del paese ed il mare, compresa la partenza delle gite via mare (però circa 1 km dalla stazione ferroviaria), appartamento molto spazioso e fornito di tutte le attrezzature ed elettrodomestici essenziali, parcheggio auto a pagamento a 10 minuti a piedi.
Sarebbe opportuna una approfondita pulizia generale con manutenzione straordinaria perlomeno di infissi etc. per rinfrescare l’ambiente e renderlo più accogliente (abbiamo trovato un elastico in una doccia, qualche nido di ragni negli angoli del bagno, spazi esterni di pertinenza dell’appartamento abbandonati…): sembra di essere a casa di una vecchia zia! Segnalo per chi fosse interessato lo scampanio segnatempo continuo dal campanile vicino…
