AMAZING

Everything, period. I was travelling alone and without a car, just public transportation. Mirko picked me up and dropped me off at the train station without any additional cost, and not only that but always with a smile and an explicit “take it down. Theres no rush :)”. The place is GREAT, really chil & clean. And the owner (Mirko) is a lovely person. I felt at home, even to the point as if I was with my grandpas. He doesn’t speak english, but does his best to communicate and being an amazing heck of a person, to the point, that the language barrier is NO problem at all. I also had dinner twice, would have been thrice, if hadn’t been just because I wanted to test a rather oddly specific restaurant in Levanto. I just can’t recommend enough how nice the dinner he made was. And the breakfast, he just evoked memories from my childhood with my grandma, it made me felt quite emotional. Just 1000000% recommended if you want to stay at a warm place, with fully hand-made food, and feel totally welcomed.

Only thing Id state, but is a minimum, is that the breakfast could include a bit more vegetables, just to make it a bit less full-sweeets. But not enough of a negative, to make it that I give a bad review, its great in its own, because all is hand-made!

Friendly hosts, house in the nature

The owners are very friendly! They provided all needed information on how find the house via email, but I recommend going to the site during daylight. The owner offered to bring us to the train station and to pick us up, which was a great service.

The room had a mouldy smell, could be renovated. We would appreciate more choice for breakfast - more proteins. It looked more as an Italian breakfast.

The breakfast was quite good and rich. The hosts are very hospitable and nice. They are always there to help and serve! Even if I stayed in the middle of the summer, the weather was so nice and cool. No need to use air-condition!

The room and bathroom are very clean! The host were very nice and helpful. The location is good, 5 min to go to Levanto and to the train station. It's very calm and quiet. Breakfast was excellent!

Absolutely excellent stay 10/10- I couldn't recommend this place any more

Absolutely excellent stay 10/10- I couldn't recommend this place any more. 1. Brilliant hosts. We arrived at midday and planned to go to the beach for the afternoon - they offered and drove us to the beach. Then they offered and picked us up from the beach at 20:30. The next morning we had a train to catch and asked if we could get driven to the station at 10:00, they said yes of course! 2. Great facilities. Spacious, very clean rooms, with lots of towels available. 3. Amazing breakfast 08:00-09:30. Everything you could want is laid out in the dining area: bread, jam, nutella, butter, homemade pastries, watermelon, juice, granola. Also, you are offered eggs, ham, tea, coffee.

Shower was cold - but I think that is because we were the last ones using the water as it was 22:00! House is up a hill and 30 minute walk / 10 minute drive to the beach - not an issue because if you ask for a drive you will probably get one!

Nice accommodation but our stay could have been a lot better

Nice location and setting , albeit difficult to find. Owner did send detailed instructions but came first in Italian then, using online translator, in French., not English even though I had replied in that language. Nice walk down to Levanto town, though the shortcut was not explained to us until I saw other guests using it.

Saturday evening meal on arrival was very poor value. Euros 24 each for a couple of slices of pizza, similar of faratina, and then we were offered a dessert - after I had explained before arrival that we don't take puddings.Also some wine, although one of us is teetotal. Later discovered the campsite bar another night which does offer better food and value. . Breakfast minimal, and not offered an egg until the second day of our stay. Barking dog!! Very friendly but barks day and night

Exceptional stay with a very lovely host and great breakfast.

Rating 10 does not do this accomodation justice. Our host Mirko was so great. He proactively asked about our arrival and when I wrote that we do not come by car but by foot, he suggested picking us up from the train station (of course at no extra cost). Even though he only speaks Italian, he provided such a lovely welcome to us and showed us a shortcut to walk to town on the way. Also communication for non-Italian-speakers is no problem as he uses Google Translate Voice translation which works really well, something I haven't thought about myself. Also, we could let him know until 3pm if you would want to have dinner. We however did not make use of this option. The room is very clean and nice, but the second really exceptional thing was the breakfast. Many products are locally from Mirko's farm, like the amazing yoghurt and the eggs he boiled for us. After asking if we want eggs, he proudly gathered them freshly from his own hens. You really see that Mirko loves what he's doing.

Change beds and towels, it’s minimum that you should do!

The hosts were friendly and accommodating, this is probably all that I liked.

I would advise you at least change the beds and red towels in your rooms. At night I woke up from the fact that two beds parted, I almost fell between them! If you position yourself as B&B or hotel and you take money for it, at least make a normal bed so that tourists can sleep well !!!

Good

The setting is really nice in a little valley, bit hard to find; very quiet at night.

The accommodation is nice, though pricey for what it is, but if you come by train and walking (as we did) you need to follow a dangerous dark road to get there, which is especially tricky in the night. A bit too far from Levanto then. The breakfast has a lot of pre packaged food stuff, not really what you expect from a agro turismo.

Cosy stay with owners that make you feel at home.

Run by super friendly people. Quiet location surrounded by nature. Clean and modern room. The breakfast was delicious. They also offer a complete home-style dinner (dessert, drinks and all) for a cheap price.

The place was a longer walk than we thought, partially uphill. Definitely best to go by car. However, they were very nice to drive us back to the train station at the end.

Lugar limpo e aconchegante. Os anfitriões são super atenciosos e prestativos. Não sabem o que fazer pra agradar mais o hóspede. Jantar delicioso e preparado na hora, com pasta feita no local e steak maravilhoso.

Endroit superbe, personnel aux petits soins, exceptionnel !!

Petit bijou niché sur les hauteurs de Levanto, nous avons passé deux nuits exceptionnelles dans ce lieu. On a eu un personnel aux petits soins (le diner était délicieux, avec des plats régionaux frais, même si on n'a pas réussi à tout manger). La bâtisse a été parfaitement retapée, les chambres étaient superbes, ultra propres, c'était calme, agréable, bref on a passé un séjour de rêve dans ce lieu magique au milieu de la nature

Nos gustó mucho la atención del dueño y la ubicación. Un lugar muy tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza y alejado de el bullicio del turismo costero, pero a la vez bien conectado. Otro de sus puntos fuertes fue la abundante y deliciosa comida casera que nos prepararon. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

La cortesia dei gestori, la pulizia della struttura in generale, un wifi potente e funzionante (il telefono non aveva copertura in camera). Prezzo giusto

Difficoltà per individuarlo: andrebbero messi dei cartelli con le freccie perché è molto facile perdersi sopratutto arrivando dopo l'imbrunire. Essendo dentro ad un camping pieno di piazzole di sosta è difficile trovare la stradina peraltro con curve e controcurve strette che non ne facilitano di certo l'individuazione specie in assenza di frecce e cartelli che aiutino la caccia al tesoro Il materasso troppo mollo, si sprofonda dentro. Andrebbe cambiato perché non ai dorme bene. La colazione andrebbe un po' più rustica, da agriturismo, con più prodotti tipici autoprodotti o come fanno altri, prendere prodotti da altri agricoltori o allevatori (formaggi e salumi locali, miele locale, ecc....insomma ciò che si aspetta da un agriturismo e che lo differenzia da tutte le altre strutture ricettive)

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle, grande salle de bain équipée. Malgré notre arrivée tardive le propriétaire nous a proposé un succulent et copieux repas. Petit déjeuner buffet avec produits locaux, Environnement très calme en pleine nature

le logement est excentré et pas facile d'accès car peu d'indication. Comme il faut passer dans le camping pour y accéder, un panneau serait le bienvenu

Un.accueil exceptionnel, une authentique ferme aménagée avec peu de chambres, la déco un peu kitsch charmante, c'est de l'authentique "chez l'habitant "! Proprietario gentilissimo. La struttura è immersa nel verde in fondo a un campeggio. Stazione di Levanto raggiungibile in macchina o in 20 minuti a piedi. Colazione ottima con prodotti fatti in casa e possibilità di cenare - cucina super e abbondante!

A simpatia das pessoas que nos receberam e do proprietário que esteve conosco no dia seguinte durante o pequeno almoço, a forma preocupada e interessada em saber se estava tudo bem, durante o pequeno almoço, preocupou.se em saber se precisávamos de alguma coisa.

A falta ou insuficiente indicação de como chegar ao alojamento. Dentro do parque de campismo tem uma placa em madeira, pendurada em 2 árvores que não está iluminada, para quem chega de noite a placa não se vê o que dificulta a chegada ao alojamento.
