The 120 m² apartment is located on the first floor, composed by:
3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, garden and a private car parking.
The bedrooms are spacious with large double bed, big wardrobes, fan and tv screen
There are 2 bathrooms: one is more bigger than the other, fully equipped with bathub, shower, towels and bath products.
The other one is small with shower, wc and washing machine
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee and tea machine, electric kettle, dishes, pots and cookers, oven, microwave and dishwasher
The living room is composed by sofa, armchairs, wooden old furniture, big tv screen
The sofa is a davenport and became a big single bed
We have a big garden with a lot of plants and flowers, and a dining area with: gazebo, table, chairs bench and beach umbrella.
You can also use the garden deckchairs for sunbathing, relax and refresh.
We have two terraces to be used for drying the clothes or for smoke outside the house.
The apartment is provided with free wi-fi connection, and a private free car park just outside the house.
We also have a little garage used for park the bicycle or the motorbikes.
We offer free use of 7 bicycles for adults and children, perfect for move around Levanto and Cinque Terre very bike friendly places

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our neighborhood is quite and safe, it's a residential area with a lot of park garden and green areas.
You can find a supemarket 500 meters from the house, and in the zone there are a lot of little tipical shops where you can buy local food products. The train station is only 2 minutes walking from the house, ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre
In the train station square there is the biggest bus stop of the public transport service.
We can arrange a meeting point in the station and we can accompany to the house.
In a just 5 minute walking you can go to the city center full of bars shops and restaurants, and in 10 minutes you can arrive at the Levanto's beatiful beach.
