Very good place to stay , but better to have your own transport, otherwise from train station you need to have a pleasan

Property was good. There was terrace, kitchen was well equipped even with oil, pepper and etc. There was AC, washing machine and everything you need. Staff was extremely friendly. They grabbed us from train station and drove to the hotel, same was after check out. They were very supportive.

The wifi was very- very slow. Washing machine was also very loud, you can’t ash during the night.

A good place to stay in Levanto

Nice place to stay if you have a car and if you wanna avoid the over priced accommodation in Cinque Terre. The gentleman was very kind to lend me his detergent to use.

Wish I had some greetings to the host family upstairs.

Italian cottage style in general and big bathroom with lots of shelves

There are ants everywhere outside, climbing the walls etc. They were not coming inside the house though, but I also used lemon juice to scare them away

A handy and cosy place to stay near the Cinque Terre track.

Cosy little unit, a bit of a distance from town, as expected, but not too far to walk and also cycle. Met our needs. Host was friendly and helpful.

On website it was not clear which photos were for which L'Ulivio units. Seemed to be a mixture of the two.

Nice accommodation with fair price-performance ratio

Very pleasant and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean. The location of the accommodation is both selling point (idyllic quiet) and small weak point (about 40' to the beach on foot).

A relatively inexpensive apartment in a popular area

It was a convenient location for going to explore Cinque Terre on the train, which is why we stayed 2 days. The host came to meet us and showed us around. Comfortable apartment with a nice outside area and a good view. A relaxing environment.

Practical apartment but 30mins walk from Levanto centre.

Greeted at the station and driven to the apartment. Clean and just what we needed. Sebastian helpful. Walking paths are near the apartment if you like hiking.

It is 30 mins walk to Levanto. No supermarkets or restaurants nearby. But we knew this when we booked. The walk is along the road with no pavement so make sure you use your phone torch if walking back after sunset.

Bon emplacement et spacieux, station de train à 5 mins en voiture. Endroit calme et bonus carte resident donne par l’établissement pour le parking ce qui aide franchement !

Petit bémol : bruit de travaux pendant quelques heures sans avertissement

Le pass pour le stationnement et l'emplacement au calme, près de Levanto.

L'humidité et le manque d'équipements du logement : manquent une bouilloire, un grille pain, une cafetière, un micro ondes.... Et trop peu de vaisselle : 2 bols pour 3 personnes.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables et nous ont très bien accueillis. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et agréable, avec une petite terrasse très sympa. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Le parking sur place est un vrai plus, et les propriétaires nous ont même remis un badget pour pouvoir nous garer gratuitement dans le centre-ville, près de la gare un avantage non négligeable qui permet d’éviter les frais de stationnement. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons aimer la calme ,la vue ,la gentillesse des personnes qui était sur place ainsi que le mr de la location qui nous a réceptionné et donné les informations,le badge prêté et très utile pour le stationnement et un merci également au nonno pour nous avoir offert tomate et concombre du jardin (exelente)
