The host was kind, everything was clean.

It’s a bit far to walk to train station every day twice. It takes cca 30 minutes and you have to walk on the road because there are no pavements:/

Very friendly welcome. Excellent communication and Sebastiano very helpful. Studio high above Levanto, set amongst olive trees with lemon and apple trees on the slopes of the productive garden, and with lovely views across to wooded mountains. Comfortable big bed. Spacious and cool. Terrace to relax and read, and eat outside, in sun or in shade. Washing machine in large shower roo so I could wash out my travelling clothes.

Deducted a point to 9 out of 10 because of noise from the adjoining apartment/house and balcony above, (loud voices, toilet flushing, doors slamming, so soundproofing needed) but otherwise loved it here. Note early check-out at 9:30 - I didn't spot that, but Sebastiano kindly gave me a lift to the station. (Taxi was just €10 from Levanto station to L'ulivio). The location was perfect for me, out of town, but if you want to look around you will need a car or e-bike.
