This apartment is just 2 minutes car or 15 minutes walking from Levanto Railway Station the perfect starting point for visiting the 5 Lands! It is located very close to a local Supermarket and it is a typical house, you will experience living close to the friendly locals here.
THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE
When you will be back home after a day under the sun you will be surprised by the fresh temperatures inside the apartment. This because hundreds of years ago the walls where built 2 or even 3 times bigger than nowadays. If you go in autumn or winter don't worry, you will have the heating in every room giving you the perfect temperature you like.

Andrea was a great host. Very helpful and pleasant. It’s perfect and has everything we needed. Great value and only short distance away from Levanto.

This rental has pros and cons. On the positive side, Cristian and especially Andrea were very attentive and communicated well. Despite that, I got lost and Andrea helped us get to the property. The space is well equipped in the kitchen and has a washer. It is only 20 minutes to the station and about 30 from the beach. On the cons. The exact location is a bit strange and while quiet, the road traffic is pretty constant until late. There is also a bit of a musty smell because of the humidity. I am very sensitive to that and survived. I think a small fan would make this space more comfortable and perhaps moving out a bit of the furniture. Generally it is a good space for two.
