It is located on the first floor. It is totally renovated and furnished respecting the charm of the old Ligurian house with particular attention to details.
The house has a hallway at the entrance leading to TWO large double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen with 4 burners and a spacious living room with sofa. Possibility to add an extra bed.
The linen is included.
The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station; possibility to have PASS to park the car in the reserved areas.

We had a wonderful few days in Levanto. This apartment was the perfect location being close to the main square and the beautiful beaches. A short walk to the train station made it easy to visit the surrounding areas. We had great communication with the host and were made to feel very welcome.

The location of the apartment was top!!!!
Very central and close to everything - around 5 minutes to the beach, 10 min to the station, the center is just behind the apartment... many restaurants are around...
The apartment itself was nice too... big rooms and very clean... the host (actually it was the sister of the host who welcomed us) was very friendly too...
So it was a great stay there!!! Would recommend this apartment !!!
