We liked our stay a lot.

The owner was available to meet us and to present the appartment. The appartment was perfect for our needs.

we loved the balcony, the proximity to the water and restaurants.

since it had a kitchen, it could benefit from having the basics on site. ie. salt, pepper, cooking oil.

Super location in a very cute Italian beach town.

The location is fantastic! The apartment was clean and met all the basic needs.

There was a fan in each bedroom but they did not work very well so it was pretty hot.

Simona it's a really good host. Sha wait for us on our arrival and she let us stay more than the hour that we should leave the apartment. The house is very nice and it is situated excellent (near the beach, restaurants, supermarket, etc.). We loved it!

Lovely stay in Levanto

Simona was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries. The apartment is in a great location, close to the train station and beach and was the perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. All rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.

Village bien situé pour visiter les Cinque terres . Proche du centre commerce et gare à proximité.

Un bonne accueil commerciale de Olivia qui à répondu à nos attentes, surprise de devoir effectuer le règlement en espèce sur place .

Le manque de vaisselles, un lave-vaisselle très sale, une bouilloire pas nettoyée pleine de calcaire, une Bieleti également pas nettoyée, en gros une cuisine pas ou peu entretenue, je n'imagine pas six personnes. La vaisselle est très limitée ne serait-ce quand nombres d'assiettes. Le comble la machine à laver en sortant le linge, des vêtements troués, il manquait des éléments à l'intérieur. Nous avons envoyé les photos à Olivia qui dans un 1er temps n'a pas répondu puis à émis le fait que nous n'avions pas utilisé la machine comme il se devait…! Peu de serviettes de bain et torchon en cuisine pour une semaine. Un appartement pas insonorisé, nous entendions la TV des voisins et plus ! Dommage l'appartement est assez grand, mais visiblement aucune chaleur et bienveillance pour accueillir les vacanciers. La literie est très dur pas confortable du tout . Peut-être que les choses évolueront par la suite ! pour une semaine nous avons payé 909.50€ je pense que le service aurait pu être à la hauteur des pépins rencontrés. Nous sommes repartis déçue. Cependant, Levanto reste un bon point de chute pour visiter les Cinque Terres .
