L'appartamento e spaniolo, si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è completamente attrezzato.

Sehr gute Lage, nah am schönen Strand und direkt am Wanderweg nach Monterosso.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbackend und es war nicht sehr sauber. (Meckern auf hohem Niveau) Im Badezimmer gab es keinen Blickdichten Vorhang vor dem Fenster, so dass man sich abends sehr beobachtet gefühlt hat.

We visited Levanto mainly to discover the Cinque Terre villages as well as Sestri Levante, and Levanto is certainly the place to live in! The train runs often and costs no more than 5€ to get to the cinque terre or other nearby villages. The main advantage living in Levanto is certainly that you don’t have to deal with the absurd amount of tourists that there is in the Cinque Terre. The village is far more genuine and also larger so the people are more spread out. For the apartment itself: - Check in/out was very smooth with absolutely no issues, also great that cleaning afterwards was included. - Location; the apartment was right by the old church, a quiet yet centrally located street. Therefore you get both cozy restaurants, bars and shopping close by and silence during the sleep. The beach is also a very short walk from the apartment. - The apartment itself was very clean, fresh and modern, despite lying in the old part of town. It also had all the necessities we needed. - Very priceworthy!

A minor issue is the church bell. Every quarter it goes off, although mostly only a small number of soft bangs. It is quite cozy, but sometime between 7 & 8am it sounds very loud and wakes you up almost every time. However this is just once during the morning and the other times it is easy to sleep through!

l'emplacement est très bien, tout peut se faire à pied. l'agence où nous sommes allés chercher les clés nous a aussi donné un pass pour le parking. Le logement est spacieux.

Nous avions réservé le logement 5 plus moderne, et nous avons été logés dans le 6 qui a sérieusement besoin d'être relooké. salle de bain moyenne, (rideau de douche à changer, meuble abimé), drap dans l'une des chambres pas changé. peu d'aménagement dans la cuisine, robinet prêt à tomber. meuble à recaler.
