Great location, and overall ok but needs a good clean and small jobs around the room to complete.

Location was great, liked the outside private terrace, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen.

The overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best - it seemed like the space hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. Spiders and webs in almost every corner, the kettle was full of limescale and had a strong chemical smell so we didn’t use it at all. The shower door needed a change as it was pretty old and mouldy at the bottom. The bathroom sink was blocked and took a while for the water to go down - toilet roll holder broken.

Fantastic location 🎈

Quiet, comfortable to get around, close to the beach, restaurants, stores, walking street 👌 We liked it. Nice, secluded balcony where I could practice yoga each morning without being disturbed 🥰 Recommend 👍

We loved staying here because the location was great and the apartment was very comfy.

The location is great at this apartment, and it was a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. We used both the sofa bed and the bed, and both were really comfy.

The wifi worked only half the time and was frustrating to connect to.

Extremely quaint and lovely space near the Cinque Terre (SO close to the beach!)

The space had SO much personality! We loved the decor and appreciated the stocked kitchen (pots/pans/mugs/etc.). It's a bit separated from central Levanto, which meant it was quiet but easy to get everywhere (including the beach). We were able to walk to the train station and explore all the cute shops in the area, as well as spend the full day hiking the Cinque Terre without much hassle.

It was fairly dark given its a first floor apartment and it was cramped for three people. Picking up the keys from the main office was fine, but meant lugging suitcases to an extra location. The location on google is not correct so you must listen when the property managers explain how to get there!!

Lovely apartment to explore Cinque Terre

Lovely apartment in a very central location - just minutes from the beach. We used it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre area and would highly recommend it. The check-in staff was very helpful.

A bit cold in the evenings (we stayed at the end of March), but we got used to it. There is no duvet, so we ended up using lots of throws, which did the trick.

Not bad for a short stay if it is ok for you without internet provision

Good location, spacious enough for 2 persons

NO INTERNET. I did not read the facilities list carefully as it never crossed my mind that at this time and age you will stay in a place without internet. Therefore in a way it was my fault. I wouldn't have stayed in it if I knew there was no internet. Bed was not comfortable for us and pillows either, very hard. Maybe others will not have this issue. The yard was not cleaned. Luckily we do not smoke as otherwise we would have to clean it ourselves. Only one small garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper were provided.

Absolutely fantastic stay

Absolutely loved my stay in this flat. Felt like home in a way. Amazing location less than 5 minutes from the beach, the property was equipped with everything needed for a few days stay. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Very quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff, too.

The air-conditioning remote control was acting up a bit - I struggled to get it to do what I wanted it to do, but managed in the end.

The location was great for exploring the Cinque Terre.

We wanted to leave the place as we found it but there were no wash cloths to wipe down the benches, or scourers to clean the pans, the were also no tea towels so we went and bought all of these for our 3 night stay. It would have been nice if the outdoor table and chairs were clean. I had to clean them when I got there. The bed wasn't very comfortable and it was noisy as we could hear the people above moving around when we were trying to sleep.

Mes commentaires ne concernent pas cet appartement car a l'arrivée, j'ai été informé qu'il y avait des travaux et on m'en a attribué un autre, très bien placé, lumineux et très propre

L'agence qui gère les appartements est incompétente. L'appartement n'a pas été vérifié, l'équipement était insuffisant (plats, torchons, sèche-cheveux), prise et lumière défectueuse dans la salle de bain, aucune notice pour utiliser la plaque de cuisson, le lave linge, le chauffage, le chauffeau (tombé en panne mais réparé dans la journée). Un livret d'accueil et un contrôle avant la location auraient permis d'anticiper

Es war staubig Die Schränke sind gute 50-70 Jahre alt und riechen dementsprechend. Das Appartement ist im 3.! Stock mit sehr engen Treppen. Unter dem Appartement ist eine Bar die man durchaus sehr laut hört.

Très cher pour une simple chambre avec patio

L'emplacement : plage, commerces et gare accessible à pied, et pourtant emplacement assez calme. Lit confortable et propre.

Accueil plus que moyen. Si vous arrivez en dehors des heures d'ouverture de l'agence (notre train est arrivé à 13h... L'agence n'ouvrait qu'à 15h30 !), on vous laisse attendre dans Levanto avec vos bagages. J'ai demandé s'il y avait un emplacement pour laisser les bagages, aucune réponse (j'ai vu après, mais trop tard, qu'il y en a un dans la ville, entre la gare et le centre). Il était pourtant mentionné dans le message " Si vous avez des horaires différents pour votre arrivée, Merci de nous contacter pour organiser au mieux votre accueil"... Nous avons donc perdu une demi journée de vacances à notre arrivée. De plus, A presque 150€ la nuit, c'est'est très cher pour une simple chambre ! (Autant prendre un hôtel et avoir tous les services inclus !) Nous pensions pouvoir y faire un peu à manger puisqu'il est indiqué cuisine, frigo, cafetière... C'est trompeur, la cafetière, c'est juste une bouilloire, (et faire du café soluble en Italie ? Non ! Je n'en bois déjà pas chez moi). L'annonce n'est pas assez précise car on mélange appartement et chambre... Là, ce n'était vraiment qu'une chambre, avec une terrasse (c'est un plus, certes, mais à quoi sert une terrasse si on ne peut y manger...?). Également : Réveil tous les matins avec les pas des voisins du dessus...
