Not very happy about our stay
The location is good, near to the supermarket, main street and 5 min walk to the beach. The host was quick to react when we needed help with broken bed leg. And agreed to store our luggage for few hours after check-out.
First of all the apartment building was under some renovation construction, but it wasn’t mentioned in the description. We were told that there is no active construction going on, but every morning we were meeting workers on the racks. In the apartment was very hot, as there is no AC only fans, and all windows are on the same side. The temperature was always above 28. Kitchen looks like well equipped but there were like tenths of pots and other utilities which purpose is unknown but none glass for wine. In the chest of drawers we found even some personal things and photos. Looks like there was some nonna living and after her death apartment was a little bit renovated and rented. Overall apartment wasn’t very tidy, we found even some boxes for insects left in the apartment.

It was hard to get good sleep, but we enjoyed all the rest because of the fantastic location.
Location was fantastic, private parking space inside closed area. Great communication with owner. Quick and great service. Great water pressure. Clean bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen had everything we needed.
It was very hot in the aparment because of missing air conditiner. Main bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. It was a bad smell in apartment (maybe because of air refresheners), when we unplugged from the socket it was better.

De nieuw geplaatste airco die zorgde vr een heerlijke temperatuur waardoor we lekker sliepen bij de warme buitentemperatuur
Het zetelbed was niet zo comfortabel en is aan vervanging toe.

Emplacement Spacieux Salle de bain bien rénové Literie confortable et agréable
Insonorisation quasi absente donc les voisins( très bruyants lors de notre passage)sont dans l appartement 🤨 Énormément de vaisselle ,pas très propre et qui ne sert à rien: plus de 50 assiettes mais seulement 3 petites cuillères..... Cafetière italienne pour 1 personne ( la plus grande n était pas fonctionnelle il manquait le filtre) Pas d éponge et de produit vaisselle Un torchon extrêmement usé qui ne respirait pas la propreté . Globalement l appartement n était pas propre .

Prima uitvalsbasis voor 5 Terre in een gezellig leuk stadje
Ligging in het centrum van Levanto is geweldig maar je moet je wel realiseren dat je je auto niet voor de deur kunt parkeren. Het beste is bij het station op zo'n 10 minuten lopen. Een resident vignet wordt verstrekt en dan kun je bij alle blauwe zones gratis staan, behalve langs de boulevard bij 't strand, daar betaal je gereduceerd tarief. Vooral met uitladen en inladen moet je geluk hebben dat je 'm even voor de deur kwijt kunt.
De keuken is hopeloos ouderwets met veels te veel onnodige pannen en potten. Een kleine investering in wat betere stoelen is ook geen overbodige luxe.

Massima disponibilità e gentilezza dei responsabili, appartamento grande, ottima l'aria condizionata nelle camere e in sala. Comodo il posteggio riservato a due minuti dall'appartamento. Piccolo supermercato, negozietti e panetterie a 5 minuti a piedi.
Per accedere all'ascensore bisognava fare una rampa di scale e quindi poco pratico per le persone con difficoltà motorie.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Levanto et nous retournerions sans hésiter à la Casa Febe
Très bien situé, proche des commerces, bars, restaurants, plage, gare et départ pour randonnées. La mise à disposition du jardin pour laisser la voiture est un plus. L'appartement est assez grand et spacieux pour 4 personnes.
