2 zulin farm with terrace LEVANTO from 4 to 7 people 011017-AGR-0025

Host was excellent, accommodation very modern of a high standard. Slight walk up a hill but being a little out of town it was quiet and had really great view of the town from the balcony.

The flat is spacious, well equipped and immaculate. There are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-diner cum sitting room. The balcony which has a superb view, has two sunbeds as well as a table and chairs. The advertisement says there is a shared garden. There isnt! The house is on a very steep and windy hill above the town and although going down is fine and takes about 15 minutes (there are some steps for the final bit), it is a real slog coming up. There is an occasional bus that goes up and down but they are infrequent, especially in the afternoon and the last one leaves at 7pm in high season and at 5.30 after the second week in September. Without a car, therefore it can be difficult and taxis are expensive. However, apart from the climb up, we loved the accommodation and found the owners, Michela and Diego, extremely pleasant and helpful on our arrival and throughout.

Another fantastic holiday in Italy. The property was beautiful with glorious views over Levanto. Clean with lovely furniture. Cool even on the hottest of days. Michela was a lovely host collecting us and taking us to the property.Levanto is a great town to be centred in with good restaurants and bars. Shops for everything. Good walks along the coast and other beautiful vilages to visit. We will be back next year with friends who had enough of hearing about the place and want to see it.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, alles sauber und die nötigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Zu Fuß nach Levanto Bahnhof etwa 15 Minuten, zurück 20 bis 30 Minuten. Wir erhielten einen Parkausweis mit dem wir für eine geringe Gebühr auch am Strand parken konnten, haben trotzdem fast alles zu Fuß erledigt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche!

Bon accueil de la propriétaire, logement correspondant aux descriptif, bonne situation par rapport à la gare de Levanto. Levanto est une bourgade très agréable comme point de départ pour les villages des Cinque Terre.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin nett und hilfsbereit.

Belle maison spacieuse sur les hauteurs de Levanto, très propre et très confortable avec une terrasse très appréciable. Accès possible à pied à la gare en moins de 20 minutes, tout en descente. Le retour en montée est plus difficile. Nous l'avons emprunté très souvent car trouver une place en ville pour la voiture est très difficile en période de vacances

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar oberhalb von Levanto. In die Stadt, zum Bahnhof und Strand sind es etwa 15 bis 20 Min. zu Fuß, aber der Spaziergang ist schön. Wer mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren möchte: zur Wohnung gibt es einen Parkberechtigungsschein. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Tal und die umliegenden Berge (sowie ein bisschen Meer) ist wunderschön, die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin (Michela) ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einziger Nachteil: Wenn die Sonne auf die Terrasse scheint fehlt für den Sommer Vormittags bis Nachmittags ein Sonnenschutz.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce très joli appartement avec une grande terrasse et une vue magnifique sur Levanto et la mer. Accès très facile à la gare, 15 mn à pied ou 5mn en voiture. Idéal pour accéder aux villages des 5 terres. Appartement très bien équipé. Hôte très accueillante, très sympathique et toujours disponible. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation. Merci

Die hübsche und sehr gepflegte Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (komplette Kücheneinrichtung etc.) und sauber. Der Blick auf die grünen Hügel ist vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunden fantastisch! Michela, die sehr hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Gastgeberin war nach einem Stromausfall (während eines Sturmes) innert Minuten vor Ort. Wir waren mit dem Auto angereist, sodass der Transport der Lebensmittel bis zur Wohnung kein Problem war. Wir gingen den Weg auch zu Fuss, er ist jedoch eher unübersichtlich. Einzig das WLAN funktionierte nicht immer, was jedoch nicht weiter schlimm war. In den Ferien sollte man ja offline sein :) Alles in allem waren es wunderschöne Ferien!

Very nice apartment with excellent kitchen. The landlord was very nice and service minded, always easy to get in touch with. The only downside was the kilometer-long steep hill up from Levanto. However, taxis only cost 10 euros. We are very satisfied and highly recommend the place

Sehr bequeme und sauber. Minuspunkt: zwei von drei Schlafzimmern schauen direkt auf selten befahrene Strasse.

Appartamento con una bella vista sulla valle, pulito e con tutti i confort. Comodo anche per i soggiorni più lunghi.

Die Wohnung ist modern und in einem guten Zustand. Man findet alles, was man braucht und kann die Ferien genießen. Auf der Terasse sitzt es sich angenehm.

Fijne week gehad in de bovenste verdieping van het huis van Michela. Balkon met zon tot 18.00 u. en fijne badkamers! Flinke klim vanaf het station, maar daar wen je aan. Goed contact met Michela: Ze bood ons meerdere malen een lift aan met haar auto. Kortom: een aanrader!

We had a very good stay in Michela's appartment close to Levanto. The appartment is very well situated on the heights of Levanto with a great view. Very spacious , quiet and well equipped. The terrasse is a real plus to enjoy sunshine at breakfast when weather allows. Definitely a recommended place to stay to discover the Cinqueterre area.

Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et offre une belle vue sur Levanto et les villages autour; idéal pour faire les 5 terres soit à pied, en bateau ou en train.

Stupenda location, una padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci siamo trovati super bene e sicuramente ci torneremo.

Wir haben uns bei Michela sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (große Töpfe und Pfannen!). Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, war es für uns sehr praktisch, dass Michela uns Bettlaken und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt hat und uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt hat. Der Weg vom Ort zum Haus war in der Juli-Hitze manchmal etwas mühsam, aber wir haben ihn mit unserer Achtjährigen immer zu Fuß bewältigt und uns nie mit dem Busfahrplan auseinandergesetzt. Man sollte eben nicht erst oben am Haus merken, dass man vergessen hat, Brot und Obst zu kaufen... Levanto ist ein sehr schöner und lebendiger Ort. Obwohl wir in der Hochsaison da waren, fanden wir ihn nicht zu überlaufen. Schade ist nur, dass der Strand zu großen Teilen privatisiert, also mit vorgebuchten (und dann zum Teil leer bleibenden) Liegen vollgestellt ist. Aber es gibt am südlichen Ende eine "freie" Ecke, wo der Strand auch etwas flacher und weniger steinig ist. Dort ist man mit Kindern gut aufgehoben. Die Zugverbindungen in die Cinque Terre sind perfekt, man kommt wirklich ohne Auto aus und kann Wanderungen und Zugfahrten problemlos kombinieren. Auch ein Tagesausflug nach Pisa ist per Zug sehr gut machbar. Für uns war es ein richtig schöner, gelungener Urlaub!
