L'emplacement est top. Au centre ville, à 2mn de la plage et 8-10 mn de la gare. Nicolo, l'hôte, est très sympa, dynamique, réactif. Le logement est spacieux pour 3 personnes (même 4) et conforme aux photos. Les 4 "petits" balcons permettent une vue imprenable, d'un coté sur la ville et les collines et de l'autre sur la mer du fait d'être au 5ème étage. L'appartement est bien fourni en vaisselle, couverture etc... Il y a un lave vaisselle et lave linge mais on ne s'en est pas servi. Attention, il n'y a pas de micro-onde, bouilloire et cafetière (une toute petite pour faire du café italien), je pense que ce serait un plus ! Rien à dire côté propreté. Lorsque nous y étions (du 23 au 27 octobre), l'immeuble était très silencieux. Je ne sais pas ce que ça peut donner l'été ! Je ne le mets pas en point négatif car cela n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement mais sachez qu'il y a beaucoup d'églises à Levanto et notamment une qui sonne les cloches tous les quart d'heure et même la nuit ! Donc pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, n'oubliez pas vos bouchons d'oreilles !
La douche est vraiment petite. Il faudrait peut-être investir dans une douche à l'italienne en supprimant le bidet qui n'a aucun intérêt. La fenêtre ne ferme pas bien (par un crochet) donc il faisait assez froid pour se doucher (le chauffage de l'immeuble n'était pas encore en fonctionnement). Et odeur de remontée.
Uniquement des persiennes ajourées dans les chambres et rien dans le couloir. Donc il fait jour dès le lever du soleil (surtout dans la chambre "maritale". Malgré ces deux points, l'appartement reste quand même très bien (on s'adapte !).

Tolle Lage über den Dächern von Levanto. Mit Blick auf Meer und Hügel. Jedes Zimmer mit Balkon!
Die Wohnung ist gross und praktisch. In einem Schlafzimmer hat es ein breites Doppelbett (160x200). Die Küche funktional und ausreichend ausgestattet für eine 4-köpfige Familie.

Loved the very convenient location to restaurants, shops beach and all 4, very cute balconies in this apartment which is spacious but quite old. It can do with a bathroom update, and most of the power points don’t seem to be connected. It was pretty warm at night and thankfully ( as there is no aircon) there were 2 pedestal fans for each bedroom, which helped us to sleep reasonably well. I would recommend staying here as long as you are aware that there are a lot of stairs and no aircon. It was great for our 4 day stay in gorgeous Levento. A great authentic town to base yourselves to visit Cinque Terre

The apartment is right in the center, but still very quite. It offers a great view from the terraces over Levanto and even a bit of sea view. It's very near to the beach. It's clean, well equipped and you can tell that the owners want to leave a friendly impression with artificial flowers and decorative elements.
The bathroom smells musty, the windows are leaking, so it's uncomfortably cool in October. Some of the home furnishings are old-fashioned. The windows cannot be closed completely, that's why a balcony window leaks when it rains. We first had to decalcify the shower head so that we could have a pleasant shower. The lamp in the bedroom consists of a bare lightbulb. The bedside lamp has a loose contact and therefore does not work.
