Buona la posizione ,vicino al centro e al mare
La vista mare pubblicizzata praticamente non esiste,si intravede solo un piccolo scorcio in fondo alla strada dal balcone della cucina,lavatrice non scarica acqua è stato impossibile lavare gli indumenti,la casa completamente spoglia ,frigorifero non acceso prima del nostro arrivo,nessuna cortesia per gli ospiti,

La posizione vicino al centro, le dimensioni e la luminosità dell'appartamento che è ben arredato e curato, biancheria pulita, pulizia generale buona, raccolta differenziata, tutto funzionante, acqua bella calda.
L'unica cosa stonata è stata vasca piena di incrostazioni calcaree nere, credo per lo scarico della lavatrice e le piastrelle sempre della vasca dipinte con della vernice per coprire credo delle piastrelle diverse. Se la vasca fosse stata pulita avrebbe avuto meno peso ,da migliorare la cura delle coperte aggiuntive e dei copriletti.

The place has nothing. It could improve a lot if it added amenities such as: Garbage bags, soap, a bath mat, small kitchen stuff(salt, pepper, olive oil...) The shower could be renovated....
