The room we had didn’t give us the feeling of privacy, you can’t freely open curtains or the blinders, the room doesn’t have enough furniture for putting your stuff. It is very minimalistic, for the size of the space I expected more comfort, but despite this, the room has what you mainly need, a bed, a shower and a toilet.

Everything was amazing for me,the family that runs this hotel was amazing ,did their best to acomodate us and our needs,very friendly ,polite ,made us feel like home . Food was very nice too ,good choice for breakfast .The rooms were very clean and spacious ,views are beautiful,pool was very clean . There’s nothing bad to say about this stay. We recommend this hide-away on the mountain, loved it!
Lovely place on top of the mountain with nice scenery. Friendly staff / family. Ability to register for diner of breakfast. Wifi (free) at reception / pool side. The room was spacious and clean. For us the little fridge in the room was a nice bonus. After a day of visiting cinque terre, Levanto, Bonassola or Carrara, a dive in the clean and relaxing pool with a nice view, is a welcome ending of a good day. Also a good start:-) During our way back on the mountain we saw a deer and two warthogs.
Cleaning every 3 days, what came down to cleaning 1 time in a week stay. There are limited grocery options, so you need to plan snacks / meals / drinks ahead. Levanto has the best options and is 18 min away.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful peaceful location. The facilities (room, pool, grounds, restaurant etc) are really well maintained and the breakfast was great.

It is a sort of 'cloistry' setting, basic but ok. But the location we slept was very noisy (a neighbour watched a sportsprogram on tv: we didn't understand the italian but otherwise we could have followed the game) And very limited choices for diner so all in all expensive for what you get

with minimum investment this could be a perfect place
very quiet location if you want to relax and rest . personnel is very nice too bad the facilities are not great!
bed not confortable, noisy refrigerator that we had to unplug, very limited in terms of equipments , which would not be a problem in any other hotel except that one where you are far from anything.( last two kilometers there is no bitumen on the road) for breakfast i recommend you bring your boxes of biscuits and soluble coffee - it will save you money for about the same quality

expensive and somewhat disappointing
the garden around was well kept
very difficult to reach with unpaved graveling uphill road. Very difficult and dangerous for motorcycle. I would not recommend to go there with a motorcycle.
