Friendly staff, nice pool and outside showers

The room we had didn’t give us the feeling of privacy, you can’t freely open curtains or the blinders, the room doesn’t have enough furniture for putting your stuff. It is very minimalistic, for the size of the space I expected more comfort, but despite this, the room has what you mainly need, a bed, a shower and a toilet.

We recommend this hide-away on the mountain, loved it!

Lovely place on top of the mountain with nice scenery. Friendly staff / family. Ability to register for diner of breakfast. Wifi (free) at reception / pool side. The room was spacious and clean. For us the little fridge in the room was a nice bonus. After a day of visiting cinque terre, Levanto, Bonassola or Carrara, a dive in the clean and relaxing pool with a nice view, is a welcome ending of a good day. Also a good start:-) During our way back on the mountain we saw a deer and two warthogs.

Cleaning every 3 days, what came down to cleaning 1 time in a week stay. There are limited grocery options, so you need to plan snacks / meals / drinks ahead. Levanto has the best options and is 18 min away.

It is a sort of 'cloistry' setting, basic but ok. But the location we slept was very noisy (a neighbour watched a sportsprogram on tv: we didn't understand the italian but otherwise we could have followed the game) And very limited choices for diner so all in all expensive for what you get

very quiet location if you want to relax and rest . personnel is very nice too bad the facilities are not great!

bed not confortable, noisy refrigerator that we had to unplug, very limited in terms of equipments , which would not be a problem in any other hotel except that one where you are far from anything.( last two kilometers there is no bitumen on the road) for breakfast i recommend you bring your boxes of biscuits and soluble coffee - it will save you money for about the same quality

very difficult to reach with unpaved graveling uphill road. Very difficult and dangerous for motorcycle. I would not recommend to go there with a motorcycle.

1. I had an emergency and had to return home one day earlier and yet the Hotel Manager decided I needed to pay, despite the high season when for sure someone could come. No sensitivity just money making. I got a very small discount. 2. Nowhere is written that the hotel was located at a very high altitude and the road to there was in very poor condition. 3,No views despite the height. 4. Breakfast extremely poor for 150 EUR a night and person. Scrambled eggs with no taste and some sweets. Water from plastic cups! 5. Extremely poor value for the money

Accommodation are shared buildings with 2 floors with low privacy and poor view from the room. Family room means sleeping in 1 basic bedroom. No private terrace. Upstairs no place to sit at your own room at all. Terrace at the bar is possible. The swimming pool is deep: adults cannot stand so swimming with small kids is not easy. Restaurant serves fixed dinners which are quite simple. Breakfast same thing. Bar closes at 22. Playing area is private (but available if you ask) The name resort and the price makes your think about an other level which is disappointing. More recommended for adventurers and hikers for a stay without kids in this set up.

Gorgeous stay and great food

This place is truly amazing. Nice rooms, quiet location and it has an amazing view over the valley. The rooms are divided into several houses between trees and lovely gardens across the property. We didn't use the nice pool, as we were travelling through. Dinner was exceptional, freshly made pasta with pesto sauce. The night was very quiet

The room we stayed in had two separate beds that were pushed together and the bed frame created an uncomfortable and hard bar between the matrasses. The last bit of the road is not paved, steep and curvy.. this was a challenge on my low clearance street motorcycle

Surprised that property was so far from Levanto and final 1km on unpaved road Breakfast on terrace was nice. You needed to ask for extra eggs as not replenished. The pool was very nice, great to have a swim in late evening after a hot day

Great oasis

The staff was extremely friendly and gentle, really appreciate it. The cleaning was also exceptional as well as the whole structure very soigné and nice. The pool is beautiful and nice feature of this place

As many have already noticed , the main problem of this hotel is the road leading to it. I can immagine how much it may cost to cover a road with the asphalt but something there is a need to invent... Another negative point is for humidity, the room are very humid and there are some insects due to this.

L'endroit est magnifique La piscine est grande et il y a assez de transat pour tous. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi

La literie est vraiment horrible. Nous avons dormis dans un lit double mais séparé par un morceau de bois... Notre séjour était de 6 nuits et le matelas pas tres confort. Les chambres sont nettoyés tous les 3 jours donc pas de changement de serviette sinon facturé 15euros par jour c'est un peu excessif.

Ospitalità e tranquillità!

La piscina è splendida e impeccabilmente mantenuta, incorniciata da un prato verdissimo e perfettamente tagliato. Tutt'intorno, gli ulivi creano un'atmosfera da cartolina: un luogo davvero incantevole. La colazione è deliziosa, con l'ulteriore piacere di torte fatte in casa. La disponibilità del personale è stata esemplare nel gestire la situazione in cui non mangio pesce e il menu del nostro weekend offriva prevalentemente piatti di mare; sono riusciti a trovare sempre un'ottima soluzione alternativa.

L'unica piccola nota dolente, se mi è consentito fare un'osservazione, è stata la proposta dei contorni per le cene: sebbene fossero molto buone, per entrambe le serate sono state servite le patatine fritte.

Ein toller Aufenthalt hoch über der Ligurischen Küste - gerne wieder!

Das Resort ist toll, die Anfahrt allerdings eine Herausforderung. Umso begeisterter waren wir bei der Ankunft: ein großes Areal mit mehreren Häusern, sehr geräumige, saubere, moderne Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstück war üppig, der Kaffee gut und heiß, das Personal familiär, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das abendliche Menü ist zu empfehlen, es ist selbst gekocht aus frischen Zutaten und rundet jeden ereignisreichen oder entspannten Urlaubstag ab. Alle dort sind sehr hundefreundlich, direkt vom.Hotel gehen Wanderwege in den Naturpark und zu den berühmten Cinque Terre. Auch Hunde sind dort sehr gern gesehen und geniessen viel positive Aufmerksamkeit. Und der Schwimmerpool mit der gepflegten Liegewiese und Liegestühlen ist toll! Wir kommen wieder!

Die abenteuerliche Anfahrt über 1,3km unberechtigten Schotterweg gab uns zunächst Rätsel auf, die Zweifel waren sofort erledigt bei der Ankunft.

Emplacement agréable malgré un accès un peu compliqué par un chemin empierré, sur toute en moto. Dîner unique très bon sur la terrasse. Piscine profonde avec des transats autour. Chambre spacieuse et propre.
