We spent a perfect week at the Deiva Holidays. The communication with the hostess was great. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the beach. It's big, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The area is nice with a shop just around the corner. We also enjoyed the balcony a lot. We would definitely come back!

Lovely place

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. It was a quit relaxing place. The appt was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped.

The bed was not comfortable. The only thing that frustrated us was the parking. This was not the host’s fault, there was a private parking as promised but our car was too big (in length). So, we had to park somewhere else which we had to pay for. What I would have loved is if the host compensated that money we paid for the parking. It wasn’t much, but still they promised us free parking. Maybe next time they can ask people how big their car is.

It was good. We enjoyed our time in deiva and visiting cinque terre.

Toilet paper was almost finished when we got there, the number on the site for the hotel never responded when I messaged for some questions I had and things I needed, bed and pillows were not comfortable, toilet seat was kind of broken: it kept moving side to side whenever I used it,

Property was in a great location close to both the beach and the train station. Very easy to get to. Supermarket nearby as well as a nice restaurant. Had a washing machine, oven and fridge etc. everything you would need. Pretty spacious apartment was great for two

It was quite noisy as it is an apartment building so very close to the neighbours. Dogs barking often, construction going on and furniture being moved around.

Passabile ma non tale da ritornarci

- Ottima posizione, con parcheggio dedicato accanto alla casa e supermercatino nello stesso edificio - Proprietaria molto gentile - Condominio di seconde case, andando fuori stagione (marzo per noi) non vola una mosca o quasi, tranquillità perfetta giorno e notte - Balconcino carino, se ci fosse un tavolino si potrebbe anche farci aperitivo ma ci sono solo 2 sedie - Doccia nuova e spaziosa

- Materasso matrimoniale semi-sfondato, non degno di una struttura ricettiva. Similmente il divano-letto è molto duro, per sedersi a lungo non è l'ideale. - I condimenti per cucinare sono proprio basici e si presentano davvero male (sale nel cartone sporco e incrostato ecc. ... nemmeno a casa mia tengo così male le cose figuriamoci se affitto a ospiti) - Abbiamo dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno in contanti (ok) e la signora ci ha detto che il Comune l'aveva aumentata di 50 cents/giorno per persona rispetto a quanto indicato su Booking. Ora io credo che sia più professionale onorare il prezzo indicato piuttosto che fare accettare il cambio sulla fiducia ai propri ospiti (ovviamente non per i soldi ma per il principio della buona accoglienza, basta poco) - Situazione non trasparente riguardo internet. C'era una saponetta wifi con SIM che probabilmente i proprietari ricaricano a consumo, ma assolutamente insufficiente. La proprietaria ha sondato il terreno chiedendoci, all'arrivo, se potessimo farne a meno visto che secondo lei gli ospiti precedenti avevano manomesso qualcosa e non funzionava (ma noi avevamo letto la recensione precedente che ha poi confermato la nostra esperienza). Siccome abbiamo confermato l'interesse per il wifi, alla sera è passato il figlio a consegnarci una saponetta funzionante. Peccato che, tempo di guardare un paio di episodi Netflix sul nostro tablet, il traffico internet si è rapidamente interrotto e non più ripreso. Davvero impensabile nel 2025 gestire così, con l'alta concorrenza che c'è.

Località molto positiva, appartamento al di sotto delle aspettative

Posizione comoda per raggiungere spiaggia, negozi, sentieri. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Proprietari disponibili per il check in anticipato. Parcheggio privato nella proprietà.

L'annuncio prometteva alcune dotazioni che, in realtà, non erano presenti: 1) set di cortesia per il bagno 2) forno a microonde 3) bollitore elettrico 4) connessione wifi Inoltre, il proprietario mi aveva assicurato telefonicamente che erano presenti zucchero, caffè, olio e sale: in realtà c'era solo un po' di sale. Utilizziamo Booking e altri siti da oltre 10 anni e siamo molto adattabili: se avessimo saputo di queste mancanze, ci saremmo attrezzati prima di partire. Abbiamo contattato l'assistenza clienti e stiamo aspettando un rimborso da parte del proprietario per i disagi. Piccola aggiunta dopo la risposta del proprietario: Riguardo al wifi, posso affermare che nessun disservizio era presente in zona, e lo si vedeva dal mio cellulare che usa la rete Vodafone, e dal sito https://downdetector.it/ su cui tutto il mondo riporta i disservizi che rileva. La signora che ci ha accolto, oltretutto, ci ha detto che non aveva fatto la ricarica e che l'avrebbe pagata il giorno successivo; probabilmente, visto che ci saremmo fermati solo tre giorni e che avrebbe dovuto pagare un mese intero, ha pensato di lasciar perdere.
