The apartment is clean and tidy ,very spacious and well equipped The amenities and the furniture are quite new and functional Wide screen TV with streaming Diswashing and laundry washing machine
The property is administrated by a company, not by the owner and the services of this company are disappointing 😕 After the reservation ,I've tried very hard to get in contact with them I've e called 4-5 times and they were aways talling me that they are very busy and someone will call me back.I've sent them whatsapp messages which have been seen but never answered Not any trace of hospitality or assertivity in their services. The keys they left were defective ....we couldn't use the key from the main entrance and we've been forced to lose a lot of time waiting for someone to open the door. There's a problem with the hot water...it's not enough 😒. We were 3 persons sharing the apartment and we couldn't have all of us a decent shower in the evening ,only the first one could enjoy the hot water ...the other ones have run out of it and should have use cold water. The bad reviews is for the administrator ,not for the property...the hospitality services includes at least a minimum communication between guests and hosts.

Sicuramente più di tutto la posizione. Casa pulita da gli addetti alla pulizia in modo ottimale. Casa moderna con tutti i confort.
Prezzo un pochino alto. E poca disponibilità nel concedere 1 ora in più di soggiorno per permetterci di non stare al caldo in giro con gli zaini nell'attesa del treno...soprattutto dopo essere comunque entrata in ritardo rispetto all'orario d'entrata.
