Great vacation!

Luxurious apartment with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Very hospitable owner.The kitchen is equipped with a full set of dishes and everything you need for cooking.Five minutes from the apartments, a city that has everything you need. The market is open on Saturdays.The nearest good beach for families with children is in Deiva Marina.

We really enjoyed staying here. The living room and bedrooms are spacious. You can get or use anything you need in that house. Nice vieuw surroundings , nearby nice beaches. The host is very friendly.

Prachtige plek en super gastvrije host!

Voor het eerst in Italië op vakantie en dat was echt heerlijk. Allereerst door de plek van de accommodatie. Het uitzicht is werkelijk waar prachtig. Het zwembad was schoon en ieder huisje had 2 bedden. Je kan gratis gebruik maken van de wasmachine wat erg fijn is na een week vakantie. We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Christian. Alles in het huisje is aanwezig en de kamers (vooral beneden) zijn ruim. Wakker worden met uitzicht op de bergen. Naar Deiva Marina moet je wel de auto pakken maar je kan prima parkeren op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. Daar zijn ook de restaurantjes. Het strand bestaat uit kiezels en wordt ook druk bezocht door de Italianen zelf. Hartstikke leuk om op het strand gewoon tussen de locals te zitten. Cinque Terre is goed te bereizen vanaf het station Deiva Marina. Kaartjes kun je op het station kopen bij de toeristen info. We hebben ook een dagje Genua bezocht. Prachtige stad. Parkeren is goed te doen in de Oude Haven. Christian (en zijn zus) is een goede host die klaarstaat als er wat is en het gelijk oplost. En die graag met je meedenkt en komt met goede tips. We hebben genoten!

Tegenvallen is een groot woord, maar voor de nacht is het toch wel lekker om airco te hebben. Alhoewel het met de ventilator wel te doen is. Maar het zou wat comfort aan de nacht toevoegen.

Top ! Een aanradertje !

Wij kwamen er nu voor de tweede keer en boekten ditmaal appartement 100b. Ligt in het apparte gebouwtje en geen last van buren. Wij zijn een gezin met 4 en het appartement biedt plaats aan 8 personen. Bijzonder ruim, leuk ingericht en fantastisch zicht vanuit de leefruimte. Het domein is ietwat afgelegen maar het is er heerlijk rustig. In 10 minuten sta je in Deiva Marina en het kost je evenveel tijd om de autosnelweg te bereiken. De goede ligging is voor ons ook een pluspunt. Deiva Marina is bijlange niet het mooiste kustdorpje maar is wel een fantastische uitvalsbasis om de Ligurische kust en Cinque Terre te ontdekken. Het domein is bijzonder netjes onderhouden. Christian is een heel aangename gastheer waar zeer goede afspraken mee te maken zijn. Wij bevelen ten zeerste aan !

Génial ! Idéal pour les grands groupe si on privatise tous les logements !

Idéalement situé pour visiter les 5 terres (on conseil vraiment de faire la visite en bateau, départ à deiva marina , la vue des villages depuis la mer est magique. Aller jusqu’à Porto Venere , encore plus beau que les 5 terres !) , vue magnifique depuis les gîtes sur la piscine et la mer au loin, appartements bien grands, les hôtes sont vraiment charmants. Accueil en français, on a reçu de bonnes recommandations. Les lits étaient faits en arrivant, les draps sont compris dans le prix.

Manque d’intimité, les terrasses des différents appartements sont l’une à côté de l’autre et on entend les voisins comme s’ils étaient sur notre terrasse. Piscine à partager. Il manque des ustensiles pour cuisiner mais peut-être qu’il suffit de demander à la propriétaire.

Wel een fijne plek om even te verblijven.

Mooi gelegen in de natuur met soms herten en zwijnen rond het huis. Ruim huis,wat eenvoudig is ingericht.

Gehorig en doordat meerdere gezinnen kort op elkaar zitten soms wel meer camping gevoel dan huis/appartement. Doordat er geen airco is en er ook geen horren zijn is goed slapen wel een uitdaging (te warm en/of muggen).

Rust, ruimte en prachtige omgeving!

De locatie is werkelijk prachtig rustgevend. Tussen de bergen met uitzicht op zee. In de ochtend de grote klapdeuren van het Balkon open slaan en dan het adembenemende uitzicht van de bergen en in de verte de zee. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een ruime was ruimte met 2 machines wat ook top is met kinderen! Wij hebben ook echt genoten van het zwembad. Ondanks dat je deze deelt met de andere 4 vakantiehuizen was er genoeg lig ruimte op de bedjes en hadden wij zelfs het merendeel van de tijd het zwembad voor ons alleen. In de avonden genoten van de wilde zwijntjes en herten die op zoek waren naar eten. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf en raden dit iedereen aan fie op zoek is naar een ruime, comfortabele, rustgevende accomodatie, vlakbij een prachtige kustlijn met mooie dorpjes en steden in rijdbare afstand (zowel met auto als trein zijn de omringende steden waaronder cinque terre goed te bereiken).

Matrassen waren voor ons wat aan de harde kant. Tevens geen airco in de huizen wat in het hoogseizoen toch wel comfortabel zou zijn voor de warmere nachten, maar dit wisten we van tevoren en met de aanwezige waaiers hebben wij ons prima gered.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement entre montagne, mer et campagne.. Nous avons apprécié le calme après des journées sportives et pleine de touristes. La proximité des moyens de transport pour les cinque terres. La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.La propreté et l'eqyipement du logement. Nous recommandons cet endroit ++

Dommage un parasol, et un toilette supplémentaire (nous etions 6 adultes ) auraient ete bienvenues.

Rustig kleinschalig verblijf in drukke regio

Mooi ruim huis. Met 6 personen wordt het wel wat krap met maar 1 toilet (boven). Wij hadden huisje 203 met ruim terras aan de zijkant, wel echt van meerwaarde. Grote koelkast en Lekker zwembad.

Voor deze prijs had je wel airco mogen verwachten! Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wist dat het er niet was maar zou qua prijs wel moeten met +30C, ventilator is echt onvoldoende. Erg gehorig, toilet doortrekken geeft veel lawaai, ook van de buren.

Waanzinnig uitzicht, prachtig appartement.

De ligging is werkelijk schitterend, prachtig uitzicht, 5 min van de snelweg en mooie omgeving. Heel luxe allemaal. Ruim appartement en lekker zwembad, fijne badkamer, keuken en slaapkamers. Echt een aanrader.

Het was erg warm de dagen dat we er waren en we hadden wel airco verwacht. Er waren gelukkig wel ventilatoren, blij dat niemand op zolder sliep. Ook vonden we het appartement vrij gehorig, vooral het schuiven van stoelen over de tegelvloer hoorde je erg luid. Incheck ging wat snel waardoor we de code van het hek niet hadden en geen wificode maar de host reageert erg snel per app.

Mooi vakantie vieren vlak bij de zee en Cinque Terre midden in de natuur!

Locatie was prachtig, mooi uitzicht over de bergen en de zee bij Deiva Marina. Het ligt naast Cinque Terre dus daar ben je (relatief) ook zo! Wij hadden een mooi appartement met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers net naast het zwembad. Overige voorzieningen als supermarkt en winkels op 5-10 minuten afstand. Ook het washok met 2 wasmachines was na een week vakantie erg welkom.

Bedden en Wifi hadden beter gekund maar was niet onoverkomenlijk. Cinque Terre is natuurlijk een prachtige toeristische trekpleister, en wij zijn ook toeristen, en het was nog geen hoofdseizoen maar je kan (en moet soms) over de hoofden lopen. Hoe dichter bij La Spezia hoe drukker het werd. Monterosso (makkelijk aan het water parkeren) en dan de wandeling naar Vernazza (waar het gezellig druk was) was nog goed te doen. Manarola was zo druk dat we, helaas, Corniglia en Riomaggiore links hebben laten liggen.
