Lovely location and hosts, with a fabulous breakfast.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, better than expected. They even had to deal with a power outage and made great coffee! The location is very scenic, with a lovely view of Lavanto.

The driveway is steep, with a difficult sharp turn, but we managed because there is very light traffic.

Calm, relaxing villa with amazing views

Located uphill a short drive from Levanto, this historic property has stunning views of the surrounding mountains, villages and sea. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had a private terrace with a lovely view and much-appreciated shade.Jasmine and other plants gave beautiful fragrance to the air. Fireflies, deer and more nature to be seen in the hills around. A tasting of local produce was offered on our first evening and I highly recommend this option – a chance to chat to other guests, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast buffet offered fresh, tasty options in a lovely old mill room with amazing fresh flowers grown on site. Lots to do in the region for our family of 5, including teenagers – swimming, kayaking, cycling, hiking and exploring. The Villa offered a calm, relaxing base to return to after each day's activities. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Would love to return.

If visiting Cinco Terra, this place is perfect.

The apartment we had was very spacious. The view from the window amazing. Alessandra and Mauro were very friendly, communicative and helpful. we received helpful recommendations. The breakfast was superb. At the end of each day coming "Home" to a peaceful quite place was wonderful. The beds are comfy. Kitchen is well equipped if you decide to have meals there.

Very small apartment with no sigtning area And Hardy not Amy kitchen facilitets Also it has no proper sitting area outside. It looks like the apartment at the front are nice but the once at the back are totally different.

The host/owner, Alessandra, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and the views matched!

No fault of the host - but it was very warm, and I was badly bitten by mosquitoes. Another fan would have helped, I think in retrospect.

Nice stay in the hills close to Levanto

Agriturismo Tuvo is a rural stay in the hills surrounding Levanto. It is very quiet and peaceful, distant from the noise and buzz of Cinque Terre, yet close to the pretty town of Levanto. The hostess Alessandra was very kind. She was waiting for us and gave us fresh vegetable from her garden which was delicious. She was also always ready to help us and the communication was excellent.

The site could use a bit of renovation, but some construction changes are being made right now.

Nice big spacious apartments with a great view from the large terrace. We really liked the fresh vegetables from Allesandra and her tips and advice of what to do around the place. Mattresses are on the firm side, which can be a plus or minus depending on your preferences.

The house itself was a beautiful ancient farm house, with stone mill inside the living room, with very old and decorative furniture, impressive wood work and amazing view. Alessandra is really doing a great job in this location ! The washing machine, for example, was a great bonus !

Pity there was no breakfast, it would be fantastic... When there's no breakfast you expect the kitchen to have basic additions, and they were missing. Even simple things like pepper or other spices, etc. The heat was exhausting, and a small fan would have been great.

Spectacular and peaceful location at the edge of Cinque Terre

This is a spectacular property, currently undergoing some expansion, that is located in a magnificent setting. The host gave us a tour of the property, explaining their plans, and was exceedingly helpful to us in settling in. The apartment we rented was just perfect for us. Airy, two roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living room and most important, a fantastic view. We had come from the exhausting hub-bub of nearby Cinque Terre and were tired of noise and crowds. Tuvo was the perfect place to chill out with a bottle of wine and just take in the scenery and views.

I had read past reviews and concur that there are bitey insects. That said, we brought spray that seemed to help. Our friends did not get any bites at all, however.

Nice location, up on the hill, overviewing the valley below.

Location is spectacular! Up the hill, you have a beautiful view of the valley where Levanto is, and you can also see a patch of sea. You have about 3-4 km from the house to the Levanto beach and the Levanto grocery stores. House is quite big and is split into more apartments. Each apartment has it's own separate terrace, so you can also enjoy a beer on your terrace. If you need to get to the house, use the GPS coordinates from Booking and they will take you straight to the place. If you use "Case Tuvo" on Google Maps or Waze, it will take you to a different house, in the valley, about 2-400m from the location.

Our apartment had no climate control in the rooms (only some cooling fans), and it would be useful for the upper floor rooms. They tended to become quite hot during the day.

Great location, great view, nice and cozy villa!

Everything was great! Fascinating view! The best place to explore the Cinque Terre. There is a quiet secluded place on the hill, at the same time, beaches, shops, restaurants, a railway station, from where it is convenient to travel around the reserve, are within easy reach. The house has everything you need and no unnecessary stuff. Despite the neighboring apartments, no one bothers anyone, the feeling that you are in your villa. Responsive management, quickly resolve issues. Happy to visit this place and stay just in this villa!

Character properly in the hills above the coast. Owner very hospitable. Well equipped (though not modern in the main) and everything set up - coffee, dishwasher tabs, Mosquito spray and plugs (tip: you need them! ) Etc. Spectacular views.

The kitchen could do with a bit of an update. WiFi didn't work while we were there.

Jesteśmy zachwyceni. To najlepiej położony pensjonat w okolicy Levanto. Widok przepiękny. Apartament w ciekawym, gustownym stylu, bardzo czysto, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Śniadania bardzo pyszne. Właściciele bardzo pomocni i mili. Na pewno chcielibyśmy jeszcze tam wrócić.

BEAU SITE - SEJOUR MITIGE

Nous avons séjourné à 8 personnes fin octobre pendant 6 nuits. Nous avions réservé 2 appartements, et comme il y avait une fuite d'eau du Velux dans une chambre, Alessandra nous a tout de suite proposé un 3ème appartement (très réactive). Le site est situé à 10mn de Levanto en voiture, dans un environnement superbe : la vue est magnifique, le cadre est très beau et on est au calme. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien et copieux, il pourrait juste être un peu plus varié quand on reste plusieurs nuits. Mauro qui gère le petit déjeuner est super ! Il est très sympathique, à l'écoute et se préoccupe vraiment des clients. La literie est de très bonne qualité et les pièces sont spacieuses.

La note correspond aux désagréments rencontrés en cette saison : dans certaines pièces il y avait de nombreuses punaises (c'est l'époque où elles rentrent). Même en les enlevant tous les jours, elles revenaient, notamment dans des chambres. Il y avait également des lézards à l'intérieur. Cela a perturbé plusieurs personnes du groupe qui du coup, n'ont pas apprécié leurs nuits. Nous avons exposé ces problèmes à Alessandra, mais le site étant à la campagne, il n'y a pas vraiment de solution. Les salles de bain pourraient être rénovées et les produits (gel douche, papier WC) devraient être complétés dans la semaine.

Formidable séjour à Levanto

L’accueil d’Alessandra était très chaleureux, on se croirait à la maison, très disponible si besoin.. La chambre est spacieuse avec une vue montagne et mer magnifique 😍 Le petit déjeuner préparé avec soin est un régal avec de bonnes confitures faites maison.. Merci encore pour cette convivialité, a une prochaine fois j’espère 😊

Eccellente la colazione preparata con molta cura dai titolari, prodotti di qualità e con vasta scelta, complimenti.

Per chi ama le cose antiquate sicuramente va bene ma per quanto mi riguarda l'appartamento sarebbe da ristrutturare totalmente, il terrazzo inguardabile. Da quanto visto la sala colazione è bellissima quindi credo che sicuramente i titolari si stanno adoperando per sistemare il tutto.

Alessandra et Mauro sont d’excellents hôtes! Toujours à l’écoute et très gentils. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, la chambre propre et la vue époustouflante! Je recommande fortement :) Et merci au petit chat sympathique de l’hôtel pour son accueil chaleureux.
