Wonderful vacation home

It was lovely. Nice, spacious, clean. The man in charge was really kind and helpful. Easily reachable. Convenient for the train station and beach a short walk away. Loved the place wish we were there for longer.

The garbage! You have to sort it and take it out at certain days which is fine when you live there but not as a tourist staying for only a few days. They need to put out sorted trash cans at least for the guests.

Great accommodation, but disorganised host with very poor communication skills.

The accommodation (once we got into it) was clean, comfortable and roomy. We had a balcony which was a bonus. There was a washing machine in the bathroom which is great when you are travelling, and the apartment had a functional kitchen which allowed us to cook. Location was very close to the train station and a comfortable walking distance to the town centre.

The host. Very poor communication with us prior to arriving, didn't respond to my communications with him and then berrated me about my lack of communication when I arrived. He was dismissive of me as the customer and instead chose to speak with my daughter in Italian. I found the check-in experience extremely upsetting.

Nice romantic getaway

It was specious, clean and the garden was perfect for relaxation. The apartament was on the first floor, close to the train station, like 5-10 min close, which was nice. Levanto is a perfect place to stay, if you want to visit Cinque terre's villages. Andrea helped us with everything, which was great. The apartment was the same as in the pictures, there are close supermarkets and shops. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hot water wasn’t hot at all - it was tepid at best. Although it is summer, I still enjoy a hot shower.

Good option close to train station

Very clean and new facilities. The outdoor area is nice and calm, and includes outdoor sitting. Clean towels, bead sheets and blankets available in the place. The host replied promptly to our requests and questions. The apartment is located close to the train station and it had possibilities for self checkin, as we were arriving after 8pm. They also offer the option to store luggage after checkout.

The apartment had a nice kitchen, but poorly equipped for short stays. Despite booking the flat for two nights, only coffee capsules for one day were offered (and even after asking for more, none were provided). No tea bags and other basic cooking products (salt, pepper, napkins) were provided like in other similar rental units, which made hard to consider cooking options. Regarding the tv, it was very small and in an uncomfortable position. It will be useful to upgrade it. We received like 5 emails about garbage disposal before the arrival, indicating the need to remove it after the stay, despite paying 50€ cleaning fee, which I found quite inconvenient and unnecessary. I recommend the host to add additional bins and leave more garbage bags if the idea is to do adequate garbage separation (we only had 1 bin with 1 bag).

Great location if you want to use the train and not too far from the beach.

Close to the train station and we enjoyed having a washer. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was a nice one and we would on a different trip.

Everything was nice but it would have been nice to include 1 or 2 laundry pods so we didn’t have to go to the store for a full package.

Large apartment, very clean, lots of equipment for a carefree vacation. Near the train station. The host is friendly, responsive, he gave us useful information. I would definitely come back here.

The only thing I remember is, that the windows are without curtains.

Great location, base camp for cinque terre visit

Located in city center, close to Cinque Terre train station (5min. walk). Parking in property. Staff is great, Andrea met us on arrival and explained everything needed

Very clean! Everything you need! Great spot! Levanto has lots to offer!

Great location! Levanto was lovely and quiet and we were close to a grocery store. The apartment was close to the train station which wasn’t too busy during the shoulder season and incredibly easy access to the Cinque Terre. It was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. He also gave us some good recommendations for dinner!

The beds and pillows weren’t so comfortable. A second mirror in one of the bedrooms would have been helpful. A cutting board and a kitchen towel would be good, but not a big deal. The overhead light in the living room is very cold and unpleasant but ok. These are only minor things!

Very close to supermarket and city center. Right near train station (not too loud but noticeable) Apt. E: Very clean and secure parking right near apartment building (but in grassy lot). Updated heating system; two portable fans; updated closets; extra linens/towels; gas range and full set dishes/utensils/pots; washer & drying rack

In Apt. E: There was one small couch in the living room area with ugly couch cover on it; wobbly dining table and stand-up shower (no tub for bathing the baby). While I realize the apartment accommodation would require buying all provisions, bringing/buying all coffee and breakfast items is a slight hassle with a family for just 2 days. For the price, would’ve absolutely loved a breakfast voucher… or, I wondered why they don’t have a breakfast room for the numerous units and properties they operate.

Comfortable stay in a well located apartment

Beds really good. Nice shower. The location is good - short walk to the center of town, shops and restaurants nearby. Also very close to railway station. Washing machine was great to have. Apartment clean and comfortable. Big and nice balcony.

Fridge had a slight issue with the door. Could have used more utensils in the kitchen. Some nice decorating touches would make the apartment more appealing.

This is not a charming place you’d usually expect to stay in the Cinque Terre region. It’s not far from the city centre, but location is also charmless. Equipment and furniture are very basic. Overrated and overpriced.

Superb

The location was excellent. five minutes walking to the city center and the beach. The supermarket is near to buy food for breakfast. We had dinner and lunch outside. Many options in Levanto. Train station is near also if you want to explore the region. We parked the car (pay 5 euros a day).

Air condition will be a plus to have given that it was too hot. however we were never in the apartment except for the night so it was not too bad.

The property is a new build. It is a few minutes walk to the train station, grocery store, and the beach. It has a private garage away from the Main Street.

Ants came in through the bathroom window. Water pressure was lacking. Could not run two separate water sources such as a sink and a shower at the same time.

Appartamento di recente costruzione, molto ampio, luminoso, pulito e funzionale, con angolo cottura ben fornito, dotato di comodo giardino e della possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel box di fronte, con supplemento di 10 euro.

Wi-fi non sempre funzionante. Una stufetta o altro per rendere più caldo l'ambiente del bagno sarebbe stata gradita, ma proprio a volere sottilizzare!

Parfait !

Appartement spacieux et confortable. Levanto est une petite ville donc c’était très proche de la gare et même le centre et la plage sont facilement accessibles à pied. Très bon pied à terre pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Le garage est un vrai atout de plus !
