Great location, easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend staying in Levanto to see the Cinque Terre as it is a great base and has plenty of food options without being overcrowded.

The place stunk of bleach the whole time, even with the windows open as much as possible. The ceiling fan and main light in the lounge didn’t work and wasn’t fixed even after bringing it up to the owners. We ran out of toilet paper and hand soap after one day, but the owners did drop off more to us quickly once we let them know. Need more pillows on the bed, but this seems to be a common issue in Italy.

Very good location, street parking with a city permit, quick and friendly check-in by the local representative of the apartment host.

We stayed for two nights: the Wi-Fi was not working. We informed the host, who only responded that they would notify the main company. Of course, the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. The water heater worked strangely – most of the time only cold water came out (showering with cold water is not pleasant), and occasionally there was hot water, but we couldn’t figure out any consistent pattern. Overall, the apartment is poorly maintained (non-functioning lights and fan, cracked tiles, in need of repainting). The furniture is older, which wouldn't be a problem if it were well-maintained and clean. All in all, the rental is overpriced for what it offers.
