The Craft Hotel Ubud

Staff were lovely and extremely attentive. Food bar a few dishes (pasta and churros) from the restaurant were delicious! The breakfasts set a new standard for inclusions. We got the pool suite highly recommended that room it was super comfortable and private.

There is construction next door which will be for a few months. If you are going to be about during the day and dont want to hear banging probably not the place otherwise the price is great to compensate.

Kahvaltısı başarılıydı, lezzet olarak 9 verebilirim. Resepsiyon inanılmaz güzel insanlardı, çok mutlu ayrıldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Service was exceptional and I really liked the design. Very good food.

The pool area in the apartments had no seatings to have for example a morning coffee. Balconies were always dark as there is no sun on this side of the building. Lots of mosquitoes even in the rooms with the door closed. It was hard to open the door to the room as the rail was very close to the wall. Only for little hands.

- great service, super friendly and kind staff who was always helpful - location is not in the noisiest area of Ubud which makes it easy to get to the Tegalalang Rice terraces and is a bit less touristy as other central Ubud locations - modern rooms, in general a modern hotel with a Indonesian/balinese feel to it.

- the breakfast is good, but also not eye opening, not too many options unfortunately and the drink offer of e.g. coffee is limited, so for an cappuccino you would need to pay extra, as example - in our first room, we had a weird smell, that we told the staff and they were so kind to move us to a different room without that smell, which was lovely - directly next to the hotel is a derelict site, which makes the entrance / drive / walk towards the hotel not the nicest - the street in front of the hotel is a connection between the higher areas of the island and central Ubud, it can be noisy even during night times and there is a lot of traffic if you want to go to the center of Ubud during day time
