I would highly recommend!

The rooms were very comfortable and well-kept. I believe the hotel is two years old, but it feels new, because it's been taken care of well by the owners and staff. Great breakfast. Beautiful and green yard. I would love to come back there for sure.

Nice pool

Friendly staff. Nice outlook onto the pool and grass. Great cafe/restaurant near by. Easy to catch cars and scooters.

There are only two deck chairs by the pool and not really anywhere else to sit or lay down. There was a couple using the deck chairs for majority of my stay. My neighbors were up early eating breakfast on their balcony, the rooms are quite close so I could hear them from my bed.

Staff Was very good and polite and helping

When we reached at 8:00pm, the water pressure on the shower, washbasin etc. was very poor and was repaired only on the next day around 10:00. Our whole day plan got impacted. Bedsheet and Towel are sub standard and are run down. Bed sheets were torned. Water Kettle very dirty inside

Look No Further! You Must Stay Here When in Ubud!

I liked everything. The room was beyond expectations, especially when rooms in Bali can be hit & miss. I felt like I was in a first world place. All the finishing touches to the room, the lighting, the design, the private pool (booked a villa). Bed was sp comfortable. Pillow was too high for my neck but I told the staff and they brought me a new one. I slept like a baby. And, it's far away enough from the road that you hear no noise (amazing and surprising for a place so central in Ubud). Absolutely walkable to town - in the heat it may feel like too much but that's everywhere in Bali. I will stay here again! Oh, and I was staying celebrating my 40th birthday and they decorated my room and gave me a cake with a happy birthday sign and welcome bowl of fruit. Honestly, best place to stay when in Ubud.

The only few things that were bothering me - loud mini fridge at night and tiny green light on the AC, which was right beside the bed. And when arrived, towels in my room were dirty, but was changed when I asked

Very relaxing and comfortable.

Nice to be out of the centre of ubud, much quieter. Also great breakfast and lovely pool and rooms. The staff were amazing and helped to recommend activities/arrange taxis etc. also can arrange for a masseuse to come to the room!

Some roosters live about 20m away so can be quite loud early in the morning, though this is the case with many places in Bali.

Nice stay!

- The staff is incredibly nice. We had lots of great talks with one of the guys, who recommended us foods to try, places to visit etc. - Breakfast is amazing! We weren't able to have breakfast during breakfast hours and they still provided us breakfast. - Very nice swimming pool (there are only 2 sun beds, but that wasn't a problem during our stay).

- We didn't like the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the main street, which is fine, but to us the streets around monkey forest are nicer to stay and these were far away. Because of the location I do feel like the rooms are a bit overpriced.

Cute Oasis

Let me start by saying...the family that runs this place are such nice people! They are constantly asking if you need anything. They are super friendly. I spent quite a while talking with one gentleman. I forgot his name but he was super sweet. The room was very nice! Comfortable beds. Fridge for drinks. Clean and spacious enough for the two of us. Shower was large and had hot water with good pressure. We used their laundry service. Everything was clean and smelled great! It was impeccably folded and bagged on return. Turn around time was less than 24 hours. Also for an amazing price!!! They called a driver for us Kedek, who took us to Pemuteran. Also for a great price. He was super friendly and a safe driver. The pool area here was beautiful. Grounds are beautiful and in a quiet setting. It is in a good location. There is a grocery and an ATM right across the street. We walked to several very good restaurants. There is also plenty of shopping within walking distance. Thank you all for a wonderful stay during our vacation!

Great stay

Air con, bedding, breakfast and the staff were excellent. It was a great stay! There was a funny smell in the bathroom after one night but to be expected in Bali. All round we had wonderful stay and loved the start of our trip to Bali 🤩

There was construction going on at the site but that’s sometimes just how it is. The bathroom smell wasn’t nice and the ceiling in the room was a bit mouldy, which could also be the reason why it was a bit smelly.

Exceptional accomodation at a perfect location just outside the busy centre, which made it a quiet place. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, spatious and the bed was really nice. The swimming pool is lovely aswell. In short, this was our best stay in Bali, everything was perfect.

Perfect stay in Ubud

One of my favourite hotels during our whole time travelling. The staff were so lovely, the pool is small but clean and nice. The bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Main Street so good quiet location! Would definitely stay again!

The perfect accommodation in Ubud - exceeded our expectations! We wish we had stayed longer!

Loved everything about this place! The pool which we practically had to ourselves, the beautiful breakfasts served on our sunny terrace each morning, excellent staff, clean and modern accommodation. Also really close to Ubud central (walking distance) and also easy to get to the rice terraces using GRAB. Fantastic to have a supermarket across the road too!

Hearing roosters and birds while sleeping but nothing can be done about that - its all part of being in Ubud! :)

Lovely hotel that is located a bit outside of center of Ubud which makes it quiet but still close enough to walk in to the center if needed. The staff if very service minded and nice. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful place to relax in after a busy day exploring Ubud.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the pool is amazing. The staff were also very friendly, especially Mini. :) The location is just a short walk to Livingstone cafe which was another highlight of the trip, food wise.

A wonderful stay to really settle in for the first few days in Ubud. An oasis of calm away from the rather noisy city but still within walking distance. Very nice new clean pool, great breakfast and good room facilities with comfortable bed fridge and air conditioning - extremely friendly and courteous staff - would stay here again anytime!

The location was not great. A bit of a distance to central Ubud and along a busy road. The hotel is modern lacking a Balinese vibe. Limited food and cafes nearby. Room quite small but nice bathroom.

the room super clean, spacious, the bathroom also spacious. The water work very well. The AC also is in very good condition. We have Netflix on TV, so another comfort for me after work all day. The breakfast also very nice, would be nicer if it is stated earlier, maybe start on 7 am. But overall I had wonderful experience in the property. The owner also very nice. Definitely will be back again, and next time on holiday I hope. :D

I highly recommend this place!!! Tiny's place is new, fresh, clean and very cosy! It is off the busy street and calm, but takes only 5 minutes and you are in the center. We've been to Bali 2 times now, and this is the best place so far! We really loved it, but the best part were our hosts - such lovely people, even gave us a little gift to remember our trip. love, love, love :) 10/10

Very friendly and accommodating family hotel! Everyone works hard to make sure you have the best stay possible. Very attentive to details: super clean, new and nice looking furniture, comfortable bed, huge shower, fridge in the room, A/C quiet and works like a charm, overlooking the pool in a lush greenery and quiet area. There is a supermarket right across the street and restaurants/bakery/cafe nearby. We stayed there for 5 nights and will definitely come back!

Exceptional

I stayed here for 3 nights and will be back here next time I come to Ubud for sure! There’s a bit less reviews to go on because the place only opened 1 month ago. My room was very nice and very clean. The bathroom was really nice as well. The family that runs the place is exceptionally kind and really help out if you have a request (I asked for an extra towel, use of a hairdryer,..). The laundry service they work with was good and very reasonably priced. The small pool looked really clean and inviting as well but I didn’t have the time to use it. I’ll try that out next time. :) Bonus: it’s walking distance to the center of Ubud if you don’t want to rent a motorcycle.

Я предпочитаю не писать негативных отзывов, но хочется предостеречь будущих посетителей. Из плюсов наверное только хорошо работающий wi-fi, расположение напротив Pepito, фумигатор и хороший душ.

1. Я ниразу в отелях не видела такого грязного постельного белья и полотенец, не знаю меняют ли они их вообще + полотенца для головы не было. 2. Туалет грязный в рыжих разводах 3. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, после одной ночевки мы отменили дальнейшую бронь и уехали (конечно же заплатили штраф, так как под нас держали бронь в абсолютно пустом отеле) 4. Матрас неудобный 5. С дверями полная беда: во входной двери гигантская щель для комаров, дверь в душ так просто не закрыть.

Als wir ankamen, war mein Sohn krank. Sie haben sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und versucht, für ihn etwas Passendes zu kochen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles war sauber und ruhig. Gleich um die Ecke gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit Grab war man in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum von Ubud.

Великолепный гестхаус! Чисто, приятно, удобная кровать, большая душевая. Завтрак за 4 доллара по утрам был прекрасным. Очень приятный персонал гестхауса. Чистый бассейн. За гестхаусом очень хорошо следят. Прожил 7 дней в новый год - очень тихо. Отдохнул как полагается.
